"Water you going to do now that you've got me  cornered?"
The hero dressed in white and blue sighed so hard ice blew out with his breath. 'Become a superhero' they said. 'Go fight Blowtorch for us' they said. He didn't think he could take anymore of this.
"You know," he said. "The first thing they tell us before sending us missions is the no killing code. Only in dire circumstances are allowed to take a life. But, I swear I am about one bad pun away from ending you."
Blowtorch tilted her head a little, her fiery hair swirling around her, and said, "Awww come on, Coldielocks. That wasn't very ice of you." A split second later, shards of ice flew at her. She laughed as fire shot fro her hand, melting the ice before it could reach her. He iced the ground and slid up to her, quickly grabbing her hands and enveloped them in ice.
"My name is Ice Man, he said. "Not Coldielocks, not Jack Frost, not Frostbite, just simple Ice Man. And it's bad enough that you kill people for profit do you have to kill people inside with your puns too?"
She laughed again and said "Wow, Frostbite, your kinda cute close up. But shouldn't it be me getting all fired up, not you?" At that her hands melted out of the ice. She twisted her wrists out of his grip and grabbed his own in the process. Her leg swept under him, knocking him down and sliding him back down his ice.
"I guess I really swept you off your feet, huh, Frostbite." He got back up and tried sliding back to her but she melt the ice, causing him to stop abruptly and fall. She laughed again and he got back up with rage in his eyes.
Abandoning his powers completely he started throwing punches. She dodged these angry, sloppy punches with ease. She moved backwards until she was up against a wall. She dodged and dodged still and each time he missed his fist connected with the wall.
"Come on, Frosty. You can do better than that," she taunted. He threw another punch and connected with the wall again. His knuckles where black and blue and looked a little misshapen. She swept her foot across again, knocking him back down. His head connected with the ground with a sickening thud.
She stepped up to look at him and make sure he was okay. She saw he was still conscious, but very dazed and disoriented. He wouldn't be able to follow her in this state. She leaned her head into his line of sight.
"Bye, Frosty! It was nice playing with you. Work on those punches so that it's more challenging next time, okay? Have an ice day!" She ran off and he was too weak to go after her, but he had to wonder just what kind of person was she?
