Asking for clear skies

للَّهمَّ حَوَالَيْنَا وَلا عَلَيْنَا، اللَّهمَّ عَلَى الآكَامِ وَالظِّرَابِ، وَبُطُوْنِ الأَوْدِيَةِ، وَمَنابِتِ الشَّجَر

'O Allah, let the rain fall around us and not upon us, O Allah, (let it fall) on the pastures, hills, valleys and the roots of trees.'
