how to draw an oc

drawing or even creating an oc is difficult for some people. for me drawing them is hard but I love to do it anyway.

tips

1. always create an image in your head of what they look like. write down the important details of your oc down on paper, or even explain to someone what it looks like.

2. use correct proportions. (i just look it up on Pinterest)unless you are drawing a un-realistic character then proportions can go to the grievers.

3. scetch it out. draw your basic body shape, clothing, hair etc. very lightly. if you do it too hard it will not be reversible.if you do it lightly and you don't like it you can erase it and do it again.

4. keep trying. never give up. if you give up now, you won't get better or learn from the mistake.
