*Let yourself be sad. Wrap yourself up in a blanket, listen to sad music, or cry. Whatever you need to help get those sad feelings out. Once you are done, watch something that will make you laugh!
*Take a walk outside! The fresh air will do you a lot of good, and if it is becoming night, watch the sunset.
*Eat some dark chocolate. Science has shown that eating dark chocolate helps release more endorphins, which are hormones that make you happy. Also, it tastes yummy :D
*Collect flowers, Pick up leaves, start a rock collection. Look at the beauty of the world and nature.
*Wear a nice outfit. Dress yourself up, but not for anyone else. Dress up for you. Do something that makes you feel pretty.
