New Detective

Weslyn's POV
I rubbed my eyes sitting up yawning. I stretched my arms behind my head and looked at the time it was 11:39. "I need Coffee," I said grabbing my phone looking up the nearest coffee shop. The closet one was CC Jitters so I decided to go there. I sped to the bathroom taking a shower and getting ready for the day. I put on some makeup I wanna wear to look a little nicer. I have to admit I love clothes, bags, and shoes so much I have so much of each.

I put on a stripped top and some jeans and kept my hair like it normally is. I grabbed my wallet, phone, my bag, and walked out the hotel room. "Good morning," I said to the lady at the front desk. "Good morning," she smiled as I walked out of the building. It wasn't far so I decided to walk. I also keep my costume on me at all times it's in my phone weird I know. I go to a certain setting and take a picture and it comes out of the camera my brother invented it.

I walked in the heard the bell above my head. I looked at the menu above where to order and saw they had a flash drink. I knew there was another flash on this earth I just didn't know he was in central city. "Hey what would you like?" The lady asked. "I'll take medium iced coffee with extra cream and sugar please, and a chocolate muffin." "That will be 6:56." I smiled pulling out a 10. "Keep the change." "Thanks what will the name be?" "Weslyn." "Ok Weslyn it will be out shortly." I went and took a seat at one of the tables and went on my phone.

"Weslyn," the lady called. I walked up and got my coffee smiling. "Thank you have a nice day." I walked back to my table taking a sip of my coffee and taking a bite of my muffin. My phone started ringing so I hurried up and swallowed my food and picking it up. "Hello?" I asked into the phone. "Hello is this Miss. White?" The man asked. "Yes this is how may I help you?" "I see you applied for CCPD and we are in desperate need of a detective and you seem more then qualified, I was wondering if you would like to come in and I can't have a talk with you?" He asked. "That would be great when do you want me to come in?" I asked. "As soon as possible like I said we are in desperate need of a detective." "I can come now if you'd like I'm down the street actually." "That would be great see you in a bit Miss. White." He hung up the phone.

"Holy shit already!" I yelled in my head. I finished my coffee and my muffin then walked out the door looking up how far CCPD was. I actually didn't know how far it was but I could literally be there in like 2 seconds. It was actually a two minute walk so I decided to just walk instead of run.

Weslyn: OMG!!! I'm on my way to an interview to be a detective for the city!

I texted Jake.

Jake: That's amazing Weslyn hope it goes well!

Before I knew it I was walking up the steps to the CCPD building. "Hello they called me for an interview," I said to the lady at the front desk. "Yes, he is waiting for you in his office," she said pointing to it. I felt everyone looking at me as I walked in.

"Hello you must be Miss. White I'm David Singh," a guy said shaking my hand. "It's very nice to meet you," I smiled.

After we were done with the interview portion we walked out of his office. "If you don't mind I have to see your skills out on the field first combat then shooting a gun," he said and I nodded as he lead me to a training room where I saw a bunch of cops. "Ok now I'll go easy on you at first then I actually have to see what you can do alright?" He asked. "You don't need to go easy on me sir," I said with a smile. "Alright." He lunged at me and I just stepped aside quickly. He threw some punches witch I easily dodged. I put my hands behind my back still dodging his punches and swung my leg under him making him fall to the ground. "Very nice," he said standing up.

This went on for another 30 minutes and now everyone was crowded around. "Come on everyone's watching give me your all," I said. He swung and I went under him pushing his elbow and kicking his back making him fall. He was actually really good just got good enough. Everyone laughed and he glared so they all went back to training. "Let's see your shots," he said and we walked to the small shooting range. He gave me a gun "Where do you want me to hit?" I asked. "Where ever you want." I hit the posters legs, arm, neck, head, heart, and so on.

He seemed impressed by what I could do. "Your hired," he smiled. I wanted to jump up and down but I knew that was unprofessional. "Thank you so much sir," I smiled. "You get your badge today, like I said we really need a detective like now, I'll gather everyone go wait upstairs," he said and I nodded waking up the stairs.

After about 10 minutes I saw a huge group of people which made me nervous. "Hello everyone, I've gathered all of you here today to welcome our newest recruit, Miss. White, she's one of our detectives and part time officer now." Everyone started clapping as he handed me my badge. "Thank you Sir," I said taking it with a smile.

Ohhh look at that I'm debating if she should go meet the flash or Julian. Love you guys🖤
