Previously: All might Denied Midoriya the hopes that he could be a hero without a quirk. And left Midoriya all alone on the tip of a very tall building. He was distraught and his heart was being consumed by despair.
He stayed there for a bit on his knees and it all sunk in. All the voices came in all at once, he couldn't block them out any longer. He held his head and screamed in pain and sadness as loud as he could muster. They just repeated in his head until his entire body started to ache. He had no more hope remaining and no more will to live.
A hour later he finally stopped crying and got back up from kneeling down, and walked over to the ledge to look down at the ground. As he pondered to end all the pain and suffering. The wind blew around him causing him to get off balanced. He screamed out as he slipped off the edge, but he managed to grab the edge. He tried to get back up, regretting the thought of dying. He was slipping and suddenly his grip failed. He fell back to his death.
Time slowed down as he thought about his miserable life. He was pathetic and worthless as Bakugo said. He accepted that he wasn't worthy of life. He was finally going to be at peace in the afterlife, he closed his eyes as he smiled happily. "I took your advice kacchan. I'm sorry mom, forgive me...."
