The remainder of the car ride is a blur. I was so focused on what was to come that I didn't stop to take in any details. We got to Damien's house found ourselves on the couch. My legs were draped over his as I laid down and tried to fight off sleep.Eventually he leaned in and kissed my cheek to see how I would respond. Immediately all of the waiting and pent up feelings we had boiled over and drew us to each other with a incommunicable force. I needed him. He needed me.

What I remember most was the delicious heaviness of his body on mine and how dizzy his kisses made me feel. How strong and firm his hands were, but how incredibly, teasingly gentle he could also be. I couldn't think about anything other than him and I and this moment. The way our bodies move together is flawless. Flowing perfectly in sync. He tells me the way I respond to him drives him crazy and I know exactly how he feels. It is everything I could ever want on physical platform.

He bent over me over his lap to brush off the invisible dust on my black, stiletto heels, with a sigh. "You don't look very excited, don't you?", He said with a chuckle. I rolled my eyes, getting up from the couch and struggled to walk towards the door, mumbling curses underneath my breath. Eventually we made our way to the bedroom, closed and locked the door and spent the remainder of the evening slowly and passionately exploring each others' bodies into very early daylight hours.

The next morning, I looked at the sun, it's rays softly illuminating all that was in their way. I looked up at the clear blue sky and realized that no other morning would perfect as this. Damien turned over and whispered my name. It almost gave a bitch chills. He was laying in the bed half naked. The white sheets made him skin shine even more. He woke up stared at me for a while probably cause I've been watching him sleep for the last 15 minutes. He got up and put his head on my shoulder. "You still smell the same" he said. As do you," I reply without hesitation, "and I hate it."But secretly, that was my favorite smell in the world except for the fact that it reminded me of you when you're gone. You make the past so much harder to visit.  You hear me, but you don't listen. You still stare, but you don't see. And yet, I still miss you all the same
