   The day was long and exhausting as hell, I had to deal with Travis's bullshit and it seemed ten times worse than any other time he's annoyed the ever loving fuck out of me because the pain killers took their sweet fucking time kicking in. I walk out of my seventh period once the bell rung to be greeted by Neil and Todd, hand in hand. I've never really had a relationship like that, not because I don't know how to act romantic but more so because I've never felt like anyone was worth me liking in that way. "Hey there, Larry" Neil said with a soft smile, I grin. "How's it kickin' Neil?" I say while we all start walking to meet up with Ash before we leave. "It's going good, thanks to this fella" he said while sweetly smiling at Todd, Todd lightly blushed before smiling back at his lover. "ahhhh, i wasn't aware that it was love bug season" i say, jokingly commenting on their relationship, they collaboratively laughed. We meet with Ashley, who was conversating with Maple, we all left the school and began walking.
   We all departed once we got back to the apartments. Todd and Neil went to Todd's apartment for 'alone time', Ashley and Maple went to the cafe that's a block away from the apartments, I didn't mind being alone, that meant that I could get high in peace. I head down to the basement and unlock the door, there's someone here? I don't recognize this person and I'm pretty sure that they didn't see me enter the apartment, I silently go into the kitchen and grab a knife. I slowly walk over to the person but stop a couple inches from them. "Who the fuck are you!???" I say, ready to attack. They had blue hair which was pulled into pigtails, 'a female?'
    They turn in my direction in a quick manner, they have a mask on? This is some sketchy shit. "I- I" they stuttered.  Their voice sounded more masculine than a females voice, 'a male.' "Lisa told me to wait here for someone named Larry!" he sounded terrified, I took a deep breath before putting the knife down on the coffee table in front of the chair he was sitting in. "That's me. I'm Larry. Sorry to scare you, just I didn't know what the fuck was going on." I said in what I'd call 'the kindest voice that I can do' voice. He was tense at first but calmed down, he tugged on the end of one of his pigtails for a second before  speaking. "I-I'm Sal. Me and my dad just moved here. I met Lisa while attempting to get to know the apartments." his voice was low and a little muffled but clear enough to understand what he was saying. "Well, since I know that your not here to kill me, I assume I can say nice to meet you." I replied, "C'mon" I directed him to my room, Welp there goes my hopes to get high in peace before mom gets off. "make yourself at home" I said while pulling my hair up into a messy, wanna be 'bun'. He slowly sat on one of my bean bag chairs, one thing lead to another and next thing I know, we're laughing a bunch and we know a bunch of things about each other.
     I didn't know that it was that easy to make a friend but it happened. Eventually, he said he had to go, we both sighed of disappointment but I agreed that I'd let him leave if he'd hang out with me tomorrow. "Deal" he said, he was smiling with his eyes. I walked him out of the apartment and once he left, I felt different. A different sort of lonely.

   Once me and Larry got to talking, we hit it off quickly. We talked about his school and how shitty it is, but I agreed that I'd start going. He told me all about his friend group and how'd they love me, he introduced me to his favorite band, Sanitys Fall. He showed me his sketch book and his drumset that's in the back of the building, I told him about how I play the guitar. Turns out, he's two years older than me. I'm sixteen, he's eighteen. We discussed how we think that the world isn't real and he told me about the conspiracy theories he's come up with. Hours passed and the next time we checked the time, it was ten minutes to ten o' clock. I told him that I had to go and he pouted, he kinda looked like a sad puppy. He made me agree to go to school with him tomorrow, and he walked me out. I headed back to the elevator and went back to my apartment.
    I opened the door of the apartment to find my dad passed out on the couch, I got scared for a second then proceeded to check the premises for any form of alcohol. 'clear.', I quietly went into my room and got ready for bed. I laid down in my bed and Gizmo snuggled next to me, shortly after hearing him purring a bit, i fell asleep.

   It's dark out. The moon and star's are hidden, I walk forward and feel the long strands of grass, a meadow. I proceed to walk in the dark ocean of grass, there's suddenly a bright light, brighter than the stars and moon combined, glowing. I walk towards the light, a person? The light is a person. The person turns in my direction, a kind smile on their face. Larry? He's wearing all white. I run to him, he opens his arms. I run into his arms and hug him tightly, when I release him, the glowing dims. He's now cloudy, almost transparent. His face has black veins all over it, his eyes are lifeless. "Larry!?" I'm scared, he looks at me and repeats "its your fault." I'm crying and yelling. "Larry!!!"
