First I do my sketch in pencil. As you can see, some of the lines are light and others dark. My dark lines are what I'm going over in pen. The light lines are used as guidelines.

I being going over small parts in ink. I did the motion lines and most of the outside lines. I suggest doing hair first.

Here's the completed inked drawing. The lines that aren't inked are going to be colored. That's my inking process!
