Talyn's P.O.V

This is ridiculous! So I now have to a disease that I have to get surgery to cure it?! And to add insult to injury the surgery is expensive! Hell no! I actually hoped that this disease would go away on it's own but I was wrong.

*Later that day*

I didn't talk at all during school because of Hanahaki Disease. However I do believe my friends and sister are starting to know I have Hanahaki Disease. Jen my sister has noticed I'm keeping to myself more and she has also heard me coughing violently in my room. But me keeping to myself ended when my friend Thomas asked me if I wanted to go out and eat.  I said yes because I never turn down food. I thought it was just going to be me Thomas and his boyfriend Jon but Joan was there too. I was trying to hide my blush and the fact I have Hanahaki Disease. However I needed to cough so I did but I coughed up flower petals and blood. Everyone was staring at me. This couldn't be good. "I have to go!" I said and ran out of the restaurant before I got a chance to eat anything. I could here Joan Thomas and Jon calling my name but I didn't stop running. I ran all the way back to my house where Jen was waiting for me. "Talyn are you ok?!" Jen asked but I ran past her into my room and locked the door. My head was racing with thousands of thoughts. "They think I'm a freak!" "They hate me now!" "I should just cut..." That last though freaked me out. Where did that thought even come from?! I only ever cut once in 8th grand due to bullies. However I was pulled out of my thoughts when Thomas knocking at my door. "I'm not letting you in Thomas!" I said. "Talyn please! We're worried about you!" Joan's voice called behind the door. I didn't answer. "Talyn please." Thomas said. He sounds so sad. I opened the door. "Only Thomas is allowed in." I said. Thomas and I entered my room. "Are you ok Tayln?" Thomas asked. I was not prepared to tell Thomas I have Hanahaki Disease.
