Wisdom's Soothing Oil

Within this domain she discovers my life dark and dreary,
A lackluster lifetime spent un-anointed and fruitless;
My futile attempts to comprehend collective context
Is without confidence, for I am corrupt―
I lack wisdom. She touches me and says, "Awaken!
Arouse, for you have slept too long forthwith is discernment,
Insight is at your door...uncover, restore and rejoice,
Be delighted for I upend your world from decline to merit.
Build afresh your understanding and know we are one,
United forever in a universe that is ours." A million lifespans
Come and go, and the memories of each is lost in what was;
Sophia is Restorer―she soothes, and makes all things new.
