Haywire Quirk pt. 2

Midoriya's POV

  It's now a day after what had happened with the fire, we won't have school for the rest of the week due to it though. I mean, I wouldn't be going anyway. I turned from the hospital desk to Todoroki who was asleep in bed. I sighed, I've been doing the homework Uraraka had brought me and I felt awkward being alone with my crush. But I had to be because...he needs me. Recovery Girl talked to the doctor and she said Todoroki will be in here for the entire week until they can figure out the cause for what happened to his quirk.

  I yawned, It was only 9:45 and I was already tired though, I didn't sleep well last night. Todoroki then started to stir in his sleep before he sits up. "Midoriya, what are you up?" he asks in his usual monotone voice. I blush, barely able to speak I stutter out, "O-oh Todoroki! I was just doing o-our homework. I-I'm sorry, did I w-wake you?" He smiles softly, a smile he only ever showed me, "It's late, you should get to bed." he said, I nodded and walked to the other side of the large hospital bed. I climb in and make myself comfortable under the blankets, Todoroki then nudges me, "I could've done my own homework y'know." I frown at him before answering, "I know I just wanted to because you were asleep!" My face quickly forms a wide smile, as does his.

"Goodnight Midoriya."

"Goodnight Todoroki."

                          

  Sorry I'm really late guys, I was having a hard time with some drama and didn't have any ideas for a chapter, which is why this one is so short. If you guys have any ideas you can tell me, I might not use all of them but I will try to use as many as possible. I hope you all had a great Halloween and a great day, bye!
