Midoriya's POV
I slowly opened my eyes to the sound of the door opening, I sat up only to see three doctors wheeling a small cart in. The first doctor spoke, "Good morning sir, I apologize but I'm going to have to ask you to sit in the waiting room for a bit. We have to run some tests on Todoroki." I nodded my head, grabbed my phone, and headed out the door.
I sat in the waiting room playing on my phone when I smelled something, it wasn't the usual hospital hand sanitizer and plastic gloves smell. No. It was smoke. I looked up to see smoke coming out of the cracks of a door, Todoroki's door. I sat up, gain afraid for my life.
What happened?
Is Todoroki okay?
That was when the doctors ran out, the third doctor coughed, "Izuku Midoriya!" He yelled my name, and I bolted to the door.
It's been a few minutes and the doctors said that Todoroki woke up and started having a panic attack when he noticed I wasn't there. He was back asleep now and I didn't know what to do. I sat there looking down at him. Well, until his eyes fluttered open. "Midoriya?" he spoke, but I quickly shushed him, "I'm right here, Todoroki"
"I'm right here."
