By now you should have cookies. You can use a thick fabric or rubber insulation pad known as a "pot holder" to pick up the "cookie sheet" by placing it between your skin and the hot metal sheet. This process should speak for itself. Hot=pain sometimes so it is advised to have a healthy fear of fire and heat. Speaking of heat, wait a few minutes before attempting to consume these cookies.
