Chapter 1: Tradgey Strikes

6:24 p.m.
Clear Vision Memorial Hospital
Everyone is still in shock. They can't believe what just happened. The sound of machine guns are still replaying in Alex's head. The best day of her life turned into a night terror. She felt her panic attack coming in. Alex quickly grabbed Derek's hand for comfort. He whispered something in her ear, which made her calm down. Meanwhile, everyone else were in their own thoughts. Simone was a mess. She kept pacing back and forth in the waiting room. Her blood-stained dress made her even more emotional. The love of her life was in the back fighting for his life.
"Simone, it's going to be alright", Carlotta told her as she put her hand on her shoulder.

She pulled away from Carlotta and looked at her with enraged eyes. "ALRIGHT?! EVERYTHING IS NOT GOING TO BE ALRIGHT! MY HUSBAND IS BACK THERE FIGHTING FOR HIS FUCKING LIFE AND ALL YOU'RE SAYING IS THAT IT'S GOING TO BE ALRIGHT?"

"Simone, I didn't mean it like th-

"NO, YOU DID MEAN IT LIKE THAT!" She felt herself growing more emotional.

She ran into Carlotta's arms as she cried uncontrollably. "I. . . Just. . . Don't. . . W-wanna lose him, Ms. C. I love him so much", she said in between sniffles.

"I know. I know. It's going to be okay, you understand?" She asked as she rubbed Simone's back to comfort her.

She looked up and nodded her head. After calming Simone down, she decided to call Star to see where she and Noah are. During the shooting, she spotted the two talking amongst themselves and sneaking out the venue. God knows what happened to them. She dialed the blonde's number and she came in contact with the voice of Noah.
-Hello, he answered.
-Noah, where in the hell are you and Star at, she asked him.
-We're back at Star's place talking to the police, he replied.
-THE POLICE?! Why the-
-Somebody- somebody kidnapped Davis and. .  . and-
-Wait, I thought Jackson was watching him?
-He was, he was watching him until the babysitter came & he said somebody knocked on the door and when he went to open it, someone knocked him out.
-Dammit, she said under her breath. Well, do he know who it was?
-It was my mother, Dianne.
-Why would she do that for?
-Look, Ms. C, I can't answer all of your questions right now, so I'll have to call you back. Okay? Bye.

He hung up before she could even say anything. Guess she had to break some bad news to everyone.

But she doesn't know that there's going to be more bad news broken.

6:42 p.m.
"Blankets? Check. Chargers? Check"

Cotton was checking to make sure she had everything for everyone at the hospital. She went to get things from the house while Bruce went to go grab food for everyone. She was walking out the house, making sure she locked the door behind her, and was placing the stuff in the car when she looked over at Ms. Ruby's house. Yellow tape was around her house and police and ambulances were out there also. She ran over to see what was going on. Before she could get any closer to the scene, she froze in her place. She seen 2 people carrying a body from out the house before zipping it up in a body bag. She looked closely and seen the face of Ms. Ruby.

"Oh. . . My. . . God. NO", she said under her breath. She kept saying that to herself as she backed up and ran towards her car. As she was running towards her car, she ran into someone. She looked and couldn't help but stare. The guy was brown skin, looks like he stands around 6'0 or a little taller, he had some sexy pearly whites, and his all black shirt with the open chest turned her on. To top that, the gold chain he had around his neck.
