Around 2 a.m. the next morning, Andy heard a loud clatter downstairs. He was still groggy from crying himself to sleep the night before. Andy slowly crept down the stairs. Then, he heard a low growl at the bottom of the stairs toward the living room. When he was about to get to the bottom of the stairs, he heard his dad grunting and loud bangs coming from the bottom floor. He rushed down the stairs and suddenly, he saw a creature reaching for his dad. The creature looked human but at the same time it didn't. It had chunks of its flesh dangling from all around its body. The moldy stench of rotten flesh and blood filled the room. He looked over and saw his dad reaching for a pipe from under the couch. Without hesitation, Andy went upstairs and got his sister up, then went back to the living room.
