The house was peaceful and calm, no demons ran around like crazed loons, no pranks were stumbled upon, nothing was broken or damaged. Said demons were occupying themselves with long tasks so as not to cause mischief, and by the end of the week Ford was beginning to think that perhaps maybe the deal hadn't been a good idea. Only because his sons were behaving really well and doing it better than he had expected. Plus, he really didn't want to make another.
On the eve of the last day Billy floated up and poked his cheek as he scribbled in his Journal, he was hunched over his desk, his eyes bloodshot from lack of sleep "Father!" Billy said, Stanford turned "Yes Billy?" he asked tiredly.
Billy crossed his arms. "We followed the deal. Can we please have our sister now?" Billy asked, Thaddeus poked his head around the basement door and waved. Stanford chuckled "Come here you two" he said patting his knees. The two demons floated over and sat on his legs, staring up at him "It will take a bit, but yes I will make you your sister, you behaved exceptionally, and I hope you will continue to behave?" Stanford tried, Billy huffed "But it was boring!" the demon said, Thaddeus giggled.
Stanford smiled, of course they wouldn't "Yes but don't you feel a sense of accomplishment from being so good?" Billy shook his head "Sister please!" he said.
Stanford sighed, he would not get his sons to behave anymore, that is unless he made more deals in the future "All right, all right, I'll make Veronica" he said, passing them a few butterscotch candies, Billy squealed happily and took them, Thaddeus smiled, he liked these candies quite a lot. Stanford grabbed a piece of paper once they had left.

That night as the demons slept, Stanford started the drawing he needed, a quarter way through his eyelids drooped and he passed out. The next morning he was shaken awake by Dipper and Mabel, the two were looking concerned. He sat up. "What's the matter?" he asked, Dipper chuckled "You, when was the last time you actually slept in your room?" Stanford sighed "A week or more, I just worry about my sons" Stanford said, Dipper sighed "They're fine! Fiddleford is gone, they're safe, you need to go to bed, in your room, not in here" Dipper said, Stanford felt a small hand tap his ankle and he looked down "We're worried about you Father, you sleep funny" Thaddeus said.
Stanford sighed "All right, fine, I'll go sleep in my room," the man said getting up. Dipper nodded "Thank you Grunkle Ford," Ford reached down and picked up Thaddeus, giving him a hug "I'll start on your sister once I've had some sleep, okay?"
"Okay, Father," Thaddeus said.

Stanford was able to have a decent amount of sleep, and while Billy tapped the floor with his foot, waiting for him to wake up, Thaddeus was trying to do a puzzle. "Come help me with this brother!" the square asked, Billy looked over at him "But Fathers going to wake soon and when he does he's going to make our sister!" Thaddeus sighed "Fine, but you'll be waiting a while and this puzzle is fun!" Billy rolled his eye "Puzzles are lame" the demon said.
Late that evening Stanford came into the living room to find both his sons asleep on the carpet, surrounded by puzzle pieces and leaning against each other like two playing cards. Veronica giggled from his hand and he smiled "Okay Veronica, these two are your brothers, right now they're sleeping, so you have to be quiet till the wake up, okay?" Veronica nodded and Stanford set her down carefully on the floor. The horned circle snuggled up beside her two brothers and smiled before closing her eye and falling asleep.

She was awoken to loud shrieks and then two pairs of arms hugging her. Once the shock of being awoken so abruptly had disappeared she hugged them back "SISTER!" Billy said happily. Veronica giggled and smiled at them, her mouth and eye were separate, she was a white circle with black horns and had the same noodley black arms and legs as them "I'm so glad your here!" Billy said. He began to babble on about all the things they could do and Veronica giggled, making a small squeak noise to tell him to calm down, patting his arm with her hand. Thaddeus smiled and puffed out his chest proudly "I'm Thaddeus and that dork over there is my brother, his names Billy" he said, Billy huffed 'I ain't no dork! Your the dork!" Billy said, pointing a finger, Thaddeus giggled "Nah ah!"
Veronica pulled them into another hug, they were both dorks.

They never heard from Fidds again, Dipper and Mabel got jobs, met people, fell in love, got married, you know, the usual people's stuff. Stanford and Stanley grew older, clear by the graying hair.
Billy, Thaddeus and Veronica never really grew, sure they aged on the inside, but that was it, Stanford reckoned they were immortal, being demons and all. Billy thought that was awesome until he realized his father was mortal, he would die some day and Billy wouldn't. But the cartoonist reassured them it was okay, Stanford had a plan for his little demon darlings. They would always be happy, always looked after, and never get left behind ever again.
