Sugar Rush-The Other Side

Challenge Accepted

                                  Vanellope's point of view

"Nice to meet you" I said offering my hand for him to shake.

"I have heard a lot about the...President of Sugar Rush" he replied as he shook my hand quickly.

"They must be your racers" He said gesturing to the people behind me.

"Yes they are.  This is Taffyta Muttonfudge, Candlehead, Rancis Fluggerbutter, Crumbelina di Caramello, Minty Zaki, Adorabeezle Winterpop, Gloyd Orangeboar, Snowanna Raibeau, Swizzle "The Swizz" Malarkey, and Jubileena Bing-Bing." I said, introducing the other racers.

They replied with a chorus of hello's and hi's.

"I would love to invite you over to my castle for dinner.  Would you like to come?" King Gumsrule asked.

"Of course." I replied happily.

His castle was as grand as mine.  Colorful and made out of candy.  There were a bunch of other karts parked before his castle.  There were some that looked like bread and others that looked like ice cream.

"These are Sweet Speed's racers.  You will meet them at dinner.

Trdue to his word, King Gumsrule did introduc us to the other racers.

We sat at a long dinner table.  Me on one end and King Gumsrule on the other.  Sugar Rush's racers as well as Ralph, Feelix, and Calhoun sat on one side of the table, while Sweet Speed's sat on the other.

"I think I need to introduce my racers.  Please introduce yourselves." King Gumsrule said to the racers.

A guy with spiky white hair and an ice blue hoodie stood up and introduced himself as "Icy Crame".

A guy was sitting beside him and din't bother to get but only kept eating candy.  Icy nudged him and the boy asked "What?".

"Introduce yourself." Icy said.

"Oh yeah.  I am Frothy Donut" he introduced himself.

He wore beige clothes with flour sprinkled on his sleeves and shoulders as well as a doughnut on his head.  He reminded me a lot of Candlehead.

The next person stood up.  He introduced himself as Rodney Ropperroll.  He had a headband that looked like a roll up and blue and red clothes.

The next boy stood up who introduced himself as Chocom Shizelswirl.  He had chocolate brown clothes as well as brown hair.

The next boy stood and he was Herald Bearastash.  He had a yellow shirt with with black pants.  His hair was red and he had a purple hat. 

Another boy stood up and introduced himself as Calerful Cinnamatch.  He had a shirt that was white and looked like it had sugar all over it.  His pants were light brown and looked like they had cinnamon on them.  His hair was looked like it had sugar and cinnamon in it.  

The next boy was Rainder Candycone.  His clothes were red and white and his hair was green.

The next boy stood who introduced himself as Stran  Stickerput.  He had green clothes as well as blonde hair.

A girl stood up who introduced herself as Citrusella Flugpucker(Author's note-I know Citrusella is a character from the original sugar rush game but she was a very unimportant racer so I decided toput her in Sweet Speed and give her a redesign.  I will do that with the rest of the girls.)She had a hat that looked like a cookie as well as light hair with a white scarf.

Another girl stood up and introduced herself as Sticky Wipplesnit.  She had gold and orange clothes with blonde hair.  

The Sugar Rush racers introduced themselves.  They seemed to be getting along with eachother quite well which made me very happy.  Candlehead and Frothy seemed to be getting along which didn't surprise me at all.  Taffyta even seemed to be getting along with them.  

After I became President Taffyta slowly started treating me better.  Now we are great friends even though we still get into "debates".  All of us girls usually stuck together.

"So what is the racing  in Sweet Speed like" Feelix asked.

"I was wondering the same thing." I said.

"It is grand.  Our tracks are very complex and challenging but you need talent to drive on ours which is something we have plenty of." King Gumsrule said with a regal tone.

"Are you implying that we don't have as much talent as you?" asked Minty Zaki.

"Your words, not mine.  Though, I can't disagree with them." King Gumsrule said.

 "Is that a challenge?" asked Swizzle.

"I think so?  Right?" Candlehead asked.

"I always accept a challenge." said Swizzle.

"Then let's make it a challenge.  President Vanellope?" King Gumsrule asked.

"Of course." I replied.

"Let's spcie things up a bit then.  I propose a series of races.  Five in Sweet Speed and if there is a tie, then the tiebreaker can be held in Sugar Rush." King Gumsrule said.

"Fine by me." I replied.

"A few more things.  In Sweet Speed you have the option to race in teams of two but there is a team of three.  These types of races will be held in Sweet Speed and the tiebreaker match will be held between Vanellope and I." proposed King Gumsrule.

"That would be great.  A new way of racing can be fun." I said now excited.

"One more thing.  If you win we will give you full time access to our game.  If you loose, you become stripped of your place of President and I will be become the King of Sugar Rush." King Gumsrule said.

"Challenge accepted." I replied determined.

"What" cried all of the Sugar Rush racers.
