Y/n is a kind child sweet kind and caring for others. He also happens to be the brother of the infamous Neo. Because of this he is very shy and keeps quiet much like his sister. But what happens when Neo decides to send Y/n to Beacon Acadamy?
Okay, so one second we were all chilling on the cliff when Oz shows up tells us how teams work before launching us all of the fucking thing into the damn forest. Like I knew we were going in but I expected us to get dropped off there not fucking catapulted at 60 miles per hour. After I get somewhat close to the ground I open my umbrella and come to a sudden halt. If it weren't for the strap around my wrist I would've been shot into the ground and probably lost my weapon.
After I landed, I bolted straight into the trees as to not lock eyes with anyone I don't want as my teammates for the next years of my life. I think of all the people I met and think of those I'd want to be in a team with. Ruby's nice and all but she doesn't seem to know when to quit, almost as if she's trying to prove herself. Jaune is a mess in an of himself. He's way too clumsy and doesn't seem to know how to even hold a sword. Weiss, just no. Yellow, don't know much about her. Eric seems pretty cool. I mean he could be an asshole at times but overall a good guy. Ryan has an interesting weapon and all but I'm not sure if he's all there. Gabriel is the person I know least of all. I know he's got a shield, but that's it. At the top of the tree, I see the ruins in the complete opposite direction of where I am. I jump out of the tree and land on someone. It's almost comedic at this point. I look down and lock eyes with the guy I never expected to see.
Gabriel: Welp. This is my life now, huh?
Y/n: Yup. Anyway, the ruins are the exact opposite way you were going.
Gabriel: ... God fucking dammit. And here I thought I was heading the right way
Y/n: No use crying over spilled milk. Let's get goin.
Gabriel: Aye aye, Capt'n.
Although I gave the direction, I couldn't keep up with the guy in front of me. After some walking, I decided that walking in an awkward silence was no good.
Y/n: So... Where you from?
Gabriel: Mistral, You?
Y/n: Here in Vale. Say if you're from Mistral, why'd you come all the way to Vale and not just go to Haven?
Gabriel: I mean, I kinda wanted a change of pace. That and I kinda was also more brought here.
Y/n: Oh, brought by like family?
Gabriel: I guess you could say that.
Y/n: how did you land anyway?
Gabriel: Mid-air I stood on my shield and let it take the brunt of the trees as I fell. Scratched it up pretty bad.
Y/n: Yeesh sorry to hear that.
Gabriel: Eh, it was bound to happen.
We walk for a bit longer before an Ursa bounded into Gabriel, throwing him into a tree. I pull out my dagger and start slicing away at the hide of the large Grimm. Gabriel slowly gets up before strapping his shield to his right arm and charging at the Ursa from the side. The blow lifts the Ursa into the air with me still on it. I scamper towards its face and start stabbing into its eyes.
Gabriel: Jump!
I leap from the body as a bullet is shot into the Grimms now open eye socket. The bullets keep coming with some at the legs and stomach. He stops firing and pulls out a strangely shaped blade and jabbing it into its sore stomach.

He pulls his weapon out and moves out of the way for me to come in and decapitate it.
Y/n: Care to tell me what that is?
Gabriel: Just a weapon I collected along the way.
Y/n: You really are making it hard for me to like you.
Gabriel: I think if I was honest you'd like me less.
Y/n: Tell you what, you tell me bout your past and I'll tell you about mine.
Gabriel: You sure you won't scam me?
Y/n: I doubt I could. I got myself a past myself.
Gabriel: I like you. Tell you what, when we get out of this I'll tell you. How bout it eh?
