i tried to let everything out with a pen
and paper but i kept writing about
you so i wrote on my wrist with
blood instead.
i tried to distract
myself with movies but i coudn't
help thinking of the movies we'd
seen together so i replayed the
memories in my head.
i tried to drown my sorrow in
the music but every song
reminded me of you so
i drowned in my own tears
instead.
