[Shoto POV]
Izu and I continue to talk for a bit until he sees some fireflies and decides he wants to catch them
He pulls me along with him and we catch about five before he decides that we need somewhere to put him
He tells me that he brought jars so we should go get them
We head back up the hill letting the fireflies go and keeping the biggest one to show Bakugou and Kaminari
When we reach the top of the hill we hear chuckles coming from mine and Bakugous tent
We decided to scare them and slowly, trying to be quiet, make our way to the tent
We unzip it as quietly as possible and burst through screaming
We definitely caught them off guard cause Kaminari jumps and Bakugou furrows his brow at us
Izu gasps and I realize
Bakugou is on top of Kaminari... in a very...not friend like...way
Kami didn't have a shirt on and Bakugou was in nothing but his underwear
I feel my face go red and my smile fade
Izu says something like
"Why would you guys do this?!"
But I don't remember cause I was already on my way to the truck ready to leave bakugous cheating ass there alone with his new boyfriend
"WAIT WE CAN EXPLAIN"
Bakugou yells after me
Izu says something in a very angry tone, it doesn't seem like him but I can also hear sadness in his voice
"Todo really likes you I can tell, and you go and do something like this?! You don't deserve him!"
I hear a smack noise and realize
IZU JUST SLAPPED THE SHIT OUT OF BAKUGOU
I snicker but continue to get in the truck still feeling horrible about what I just witnessed
I'm embarrassed
I'm sad
I'm angry
I don't know what to do
Or where to go
I don't know my way home
I don't even know exactly where I am
I always leave this stuff to Bakugou cause I'm horrible at it and always get lost
Before I realize I've been sitting here for a while
The passenger door opens and I say
"Bakugo get o—"
"It's me.. do you mind if I come with you?"
Izu asks
His face is red with anger and he's crying
Is Kami his boyfriend? Maybe but I thought he liked Bakugou?
I'll ask later
"I don't mind"
I smile at him and realize
The keys
Are in the tent
I hit my head repeatedly on the steering wheel
Feeling way to many emotions at once
Izu holds up something that jingles
"IZU OH MY GOD THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!"
Before I realize what I'm doing I grab his face, pulling him closer to me and kiss his forehead and cheeks repeatedly
"Thank you!"
I take the keys and put them in, backing out and leaving
I don't care where we go anymore I just want away from here.
Izu tells me that he pretty much lives here so he has a cabin down the road
I drive there and it only takes about 5 minutes to get there
We go inside and HOLY SHIT THIS PLACE IS HUGE
ITS LIKE A GODDAMN MANSION
"Holy shit Izu"
He giggles
"My parents own this whole campground so yeah..."
"This is amazing Izu, thanks for bringing me here"
He shakes his head
"No need to thank me"
He leads me to the kitchen and he fixes some pizza rolls
We chill out for a bit on the couch eating pizza rolls and watching The Devil Is A Part-Timer
We continue to talk in between episodes and I learn quite a bit about Izu
He wasn't dating Kami but Kami is his best and pretty much only friend and he knew Kami wouldn't do something like that so it was really upsetting to see that especially since Bakugou was my boyfriend and Kami knew it
I stayed silent and listened to Izu babble on for a while before I asked him
"Is Izu your actual name?"
He shakes his head
"Izuku Midoriya,"
"Oh, well Midoriya, I'm sorry,"
Midoriya shakes his head
"For what?"
"Being an ass earlier when Kami said you liked Bakugou."
"Oh. Don't worry about that! But I don't really like him that much, especially not right now."
He rolls his eyes and honestly it's pretty hot
"And you can call me Izu"
He smiles and scoots over, almost in my lap
I want to kiss him but then I'll be just as bad as Bakugou...
Wait
Are we even still together? After that
Im not sure If I want to be...
"If kacchan and Kami show up I'll take you to my secret hideout but you can't show anyone, ever!" He giggles
"Okay but why would they know where we are?"
"Kami and I have been friends forever so he knows about Thai place and if they come looking for us they'll definitely check here."
"We could just ignore them when they knock on the door"
He shakes his head
"Kami has a key"
Oh.
I nod in understanding and we continue to watch the anime, my arm around Izu, until lo and behold
There's a knock at the door
I sigh and try to ignore it
looking down at Izu
He looks up at me with his big emerald eyes and I can't help but get lost in them until the knock gets louder and more fierce
Pulling me out of my thoughts
I groan and Izu gets up giggling
"I'll be back, you should probably get the keys and be ready to run out the door."
He points at the sliding door that leads to a huge backyard with a pool
I nod and inhale what's left of the pizza rolls
Rule 1: never let a pizza roll go uneaten
I get the keys and head towards the door, unlocking it and sliding it open until I hear Izu squeal
"Midoriya?!"
I run around the corner and towards the front door
