Emma was so excited. She was about to go to her first real party. She heard there was going to be alcohol, but since she's only seventeen she wouldn't be drinking. At least that's what she thought.

The party was at ten o'clock. It was eight thirty now. She got in the shower then put on some clothes. She went to her room and put on her black skinny jeans, a grey sweatshirt and her black combat boots. But she was not satisfied with the way it looked, so she took the grey sweatshirt off and replaced it with an All Time Low t-shirt.

It was one of her favorite band t-shirts that she owned. It was nine o'clock now. She was very nervous, but she didn't know what she was nervous about. It was either the fact that she had never been to a real party before or that she wouldn't know very many people there. She thought of what it would be like. She thought she'd know a few people there. Then she realized it was time to leave.

She walked out the door and got in her car. She owned a silver, beat up, 2003 Chevy Malibu. When she got in her car she took a few minutes to relax before driving, then she drove to the party, which was on Seventh Street. She had never been to that side of town before, mostly because she had no reason to, but she didn't mind. It was her first party and she wasn't going to miss it for anything.

While she was driving all she could think about was the party. She got so into thinking about it that she almost ran through a stop sign. But after that she got out of it and focused on driving.

She's only had her driver's license for about a year and a half. She wouldn't want it to be taken away so early from running a simple stop sign. Then, before she knew it she was already there.

She pulled into the driveway of a large mansion. Emma saw many cars parked alongside the road and in the front yard. She swiftly made her way across the front lawn. There was loud music playing and she was nervous. When she approached the door, she rang the doorbell, but nobody could hear it over the loud music.

Emma opened the door anyways, and when she went in; she was stopped by, Drew. Drew, is the guy hosting the party. He asked her if she had her invitation, which she did, and handed it to him. He said she could go in and when she did, she saw him. He was tall, with dirty blonde hair and pale blue eyes. He was wearing a black Nirvana shirt with blue skinny jeans and was standing next to a group of boys. They looked as if they knew each other and came here together.

She stared at him awkwardly until he caught her. She turned around and smiled; so did he. When she looked back he was walking towards her. When he got to her she didn't know what to say.

He said, "Hi, my name is Luke." He had an Australian accent and a soft, tender voice. "What's yours?" Stuttering she said, "Uh, my name is Emma." "That's a beautiful name," he said.

They talked for a while about random things, like what music they liked and when he recognized her All Time Low t-shirt she had on they started to talk about bands, and then he mentioned the band he was in, which was 5 seconds of summer.

He introduced her to the other boys which he told her were the other band mates. She remembered their names to be Ashton, Calum, and Michael. After he introduced her they went back to talking about each other.

"Where do you live?" he asked. Still stuttering a little Emma said, "The other side of town. Where do you live?" She felt kind of nervous that he asked that question, but when she asked it back he gave her a slip of paper that showed his address and ten numbers that must've been his phone number.

He said, "That's my address and phone number if you ever want to call me or come over. I'm usually home but just knock and if I don't come within like two minutes I'm probably not home." She said "Thanks" and he said "You're welcome."

She thought of how old he was after that. He had to be old enough to stay in his own house. Then she turned around and went into to the kitchen for a drink. Beer bottles and red cups covered the floor. Emma almost slipped, which would have caused her to smack her face against the counter, but she caught herself just in time. After that she looked around the kitchen to find the fridge. When she found it she opened it all she saw was alcohol, alcohol, and more alcohol.
