She was dizzy, and everything was blurry. Emma wasn't sure what was going on, but she had a bad feeling about it. She stumbled down the narrow hallway, which was filled with drunken teenagers. She made her way towards the group of boys she met earlier.

"Hey Emma," Luke said staggering towards her. "Hey Luke," she said back. "How do you like the party?" he said. She answered, "It's going good so far, but I don't remember a lot of things that just happened." "Yeah, me neither. All I remember is talking to you, and then you brought me and my friends a drink and now we're talking again. "She started randomly giggling then finally said, "Yeah, I remember that too." You could tell that she was drunk. Emma told Luke that she had to go to bathroom quick then she'd be back to continue the conversation.

When Emma was looking for the bathroom she went down the narrow hallway that was filled with drunken teenagers still, and saw the staircase to her left. While she was climbing the stairs she stumbled upon empty beer bottles and her own two feet.

When she finally reached the top there were two people making out against one of the hallway walls. They didn't even look at her because they were too involved in each other. She thought she might've known the girl, but as she walked past them to get to the bathroom she looked at her and knew right away that she didn't know her.

After that she thought it was a good thing she didn't know her because that would've been weird to see someone she knew making out with a total stranger.

Her mind wandered back to Luke, as she stumbled into the bathroom. Emma was hopelessly drunk and her stomach chose to disagree with her, and the contents that she must've consumed but didn't know what they were, came up. When she was done she wiped her mouth with the back of her hand; leaving the bathroom. When she exited the bathroom she ran into someone, and fell backwards. "Oh, sorry...hey Emma," Luke said helping her up. "Oh hi, again," Emma giggled nervously.

Luke steadied her to her feet. "I was actually looking for you," he said, running his hand through his hair. "Oh, why?" she asked, biting her lip. "Just wanted to talk," Luke smiled. Emma nodded and started to walk away from him, only to be pulled back and met by his baby blue eyes.

"Take a walk with me." He said, rather than a demand. "Um, are you sure?" she asked, slightly nervous. "Come on, just a few minutes. I need some fresh air anyway." Luke persuaded. Emma hastily agreed to his offer even though she wasn't sure if it was a good idea.

They slipped out of the house together, and started walking down the road. "So, what do you do for fun?" Emma asked Luke as they cleared farther away from the party. "I'm in band, but you already know that. I like to play guitar, and I sing. What about you?" She was taken aback by his question. "Um, reading, and I like music." She said wrapping her arms around her. "You cold?" he asked and without giving her time to answer started pulling his jacket off and offered it to her. "Luke, I'm fine honestly." Emma lied, she was cold, but she didn't want to take his jacket.

"If you don't take this, I will drop it right here and nobody will be wearing it," Luke joked. "Fine," Emma smiled as she pulled his jacket on over her cold arms, inhaling the strong clone smell. "Is this your first party?" Luke asked. She thought for a second on if she should she lie and say no, or tell the truth. "Uh-No I've been to plenty before with my friends, but not any like this." She said, pulling the jacket closer to her. "Like this? What do you mean?" he asked. "Like the drugs, the alcohol, the-..." She trailed off hoping he wouldn't hear the lies in her voice. "Yeah, it gets pretty intense sometimes," he said. "Yeah, it does." They started merging towards the woods together. "Do you like being famous?" She asked him out of curiosity. "I mean, it's alright. It's just nice being able to talk to someone who isn't yelling and screaming for an autograph or a picture." She laughed, "Yeah, I guess that would get pretty annoying." Emma took a seat on the ground, and Luke slowly joined her, "You have no idea." Emma was tired, and she could barely keep her eyes open. "I had fun tonight," Luke said. Emma nodded and unknowingly rested her head on his shoulder. "Me too," Emma said barley audible. "Goodnight Emma," Luke said, resting his head on hers. "Goodnight Luke. Tonight was great." That was the last thing she said to him before she fell into a deep slumber and soon her joined her. They fell asleep in the woods, alone and together.
