"is it just me or is Shannon treating Jasmine like a babysitter and not a friend? " Clint asked walking over to Natasha who stood in the doorway of the living room watching Jasmine and Laila.
"She is. But, you know Jasmine will never complain. She loves Laila too much. " Natasha said with a sigh.
"Shannon and her boy toy out again? " Tony asked as he walked by Natasha and Clint.
"Ever since Shannon got married it's like she doesn't even care about seeing Laila. " Natasha said shaking her head as her, Tony and Clint headed to the kitchen.
"When Jasmine said something to Shannon.. " Tony started before Clint cut him off.
"Wait, she said something to Shannon?! " Clint asked surprised.
Tony nodded, " Well, yeah. Laila kept telling Jasmine how much she wanted to spend time with her mom because she didn't see her as much since she had gotten married. "
"What was the excuse? " Natasha asked with an eye roll.
"That they did see each other and spend time together. She said she was just trying to make time to spend with her husband too. " Tony said shaking his head.
"Hey guys. Where's Jasmine? We were supposed to go for a run this morning but she wasn't here when I looked for her. " Steve said slightly worried as he walked into the kitchen.
"She's in the living room with Laila. " Clint said shaking his head.
Steve sighed, " Shannon and her husband have gone out again haven't they? "
Tony nodded.
"She's not a babysitter. She deserves to have a life too. " Steve said with a sigh.
