At the end of the day, everyone stays back to see if they get on the soccer team when they tried out.
Coach: Ok everybody we are about to scrimmage in small groups. 4 people per each team.
Mattia POV
When everybody went out on the field, you already know me, Alejandro, Alvaro, and Demi's ex Alex. She has Yareli, that annoying bitch Stephanie, and some chick named Katie.

Alejandro: Focus! We are about to start.
Mattia: Ok chill.
Desiree's POV
(ok don't judge i don't play soccer so sorry if i mess some stuff up so stfu🤣)
Katie has the ball and kicks it over to Yareli. Yareli does a flippity dippity trick and kicks it all the way over to me. I was so close to the goal when Alex kicked me in my ankle and took the ball. I fell to the ground and there was a sharp pain in my ankle. It started swelling up.
Yareli: Woah what happened!?
Desiree: A-Alex kicked me and m-my ankle stings.
She reaches to touch my ankle.
Desiree: DO NOT FUCKING TOUCH IT.
Mattia: Woah what happened!?
Yareli: That's exactly what i said. Alex bitch ass kicked her Ankle.
Mattia: Alex!
Desiree: Espere! Mi tobillo está hinchado alguien por favor llévame a la enfermera o algo! (Wait! My ankle is swelling. Somebody please take me to the nurse or something!)
Mattia: Here.
I put my arm around his shoulder and he walked me into the school. There was no one in there but us, the principal, and the nurse. We sat there waiting.
Mattia: So...
Desiree: Guess i'm not better than you then. *sigh*
Mattia chuckles.
Mattia: You actually did pretty good.
Desiree: Thanks.
I look down and smile. I feel start my face heat up. Don't tell me i'm catching feelings.
Mattia: We still hanging out tonight?
Desiree: Yea. Our "date".
We both laugh.
Mattia: I'm gonna beat Alex's ass.
Desiree: No. Don't.
Mattia: Why not mamas?
I look up and he smirks.
Desiree: Can you stop calling me that?
Mattia: You like it don't you?
He winks and the nurse walks in.
Nurse: So what happened?
Desiree: Well i was trying out for soccer and-
Mattia: And a psycho bitch-
I put my hand across his mouth.
Desiree: Somebody kicked my ankle and it hurts really bad.
She looks at it.
Nurse: It's just sprained but you have to sit out in any activity's you do for at least 2-3weeks.
Desiree: WHAT!?
Mattia: Demi chill.
He puts his hand on my thigh.
Nurse: Your lucky you have your little boyfriend to be by your side.
Desiree: He's not my boyfriend.
Nurse: Whatever you say. But, do not participate in any activities. Makes sure she doesn't.
Mattia: Of course.
Me and Mattia leave out. We told coach and he said we could sit down o the bench.
Desiree: Mattia, what am i supposed to do?
I start to tear up.
Desiree: I have dance, i wanna try out for cheer and basketball and i can potentially get on the volleyball team plus soccer. I have way too much shit to do and i don't even have any parents.
I start crying.
Mattia: Hey it's ok.
I put my head on his chest and i can hear his heart beat; going faster and faster.
Desiree: I don't even think no one even truly loves my. Yareli, maybe, Elena, idek anymore.
Mattia: Well that's ok because i love you. I know we just met this morning but, your a really sweet person.

Desiree: Thanks i guess.
Coach: Hey i came to tell you, Desiree, you made the team!
Desiree: What!? But i got injured?
Coach: You still did really good.
Mattia: Yayyy! But coach, you better get Alex. That's why she's injured. He kicked her ankle.
Coach: I tell the principal about that.
After try outs, me and Mattia went to his house. *sigh* i think i was catching feelings.
