You work at a hybrid center in Seoul, as you help take care of the hybrids since no one else really seems to care, all they seem to care about is the money they earn, and plus all the hybrids for some reason only seem to like you, will you ever know...
"Come on n/n come on!" Jimin yells happily while dragging you through the park as you stumble a bit in your tack while Jungkook and Yoongi smile watching the scene.
The three had finally got along with each other after a few days and Jimin had asked to go to the park (hehe Park Jimin) and so here you are.
Yoongi decides to hand out in a tree on a big branch while Jungkook and Jimin play tag running around the big field leaving you to read a book under the tree Yoongi was at.
After a couple of minutes of peace and quite you suddenly hear growling and hissing with a guy yelling as well.
Looking up from you book and Yoongi jumping down next to you, Jungkook and Jimin are growling/hissing at a guy who has-what seems to be a macaw hybrid-behind him as his wings are tattered a bit, cuts on his arms and legs, along with the guy having a stuck with thorns in his hand.
"YOU CAN'T BE HURTING HIM LIKE THAT IT'S NOT NICE!!" Jimin yells at the man while his claws are ready for attacking at any given moment.
"Oh scram mutt before I hurt you too!" The man yells taking steps towards both of them until Yoongi dashes from your side along with you filling as he stands in front of the too hissing at the man claws also extended.
As you make it to them you finally get a better look at the hybrid as he was in fact a macaw. The hybrid looks at you with pleading eyes that show fear, just....plain fear..
"HEY! IF I WERE YOU I'D GET MY ASS OUTTA HERE BEFORE I CALL THE DAMN COPS TO ARREST YOUR STUPID ASS FOR ABUSING HIM!" They all look at you shocked from your outburst as the guy laughs rolling his eyes, "Ha, yeah sure thing you ant, what's a tiny thing like you gonna d-" he's suddenly cut off by Yoongi pouncing on him clawing every patch of skin he could find as the guy screams in pain. (I swear cats are evil when they want to be)
You quickly pull Yoongi away who's still growling and hissing at the man who gets up grunting in the process as he looks at you in anger and fear, but mostly fear.
"Ugh! Just take the damn h-hybrid can go! H-hes no good anyway!" He yells storming off.
Looking to the hybrid again he flinches as he opens his wings trying fly but ends up falling down as he tries making as much room between y'all as possible.
"Hey there, it's okay..I'm not gonna hurt you, I promise" you say softly while slowly holding your hand out to not scare him more than he already is.
He looks at your hand for a while just like how Yoongi did. He sniffs your hand gently and grabs your hand putting it on his cheeks as you smile rubbing his cheek softly with you thumb as he immediately melts into your touch.
"What's your name hun?" You ask as he looks into your eyes for a bit as they're a nice dark coffee brown color. "T-taehyung" he says while looking away leaning more into your hand.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Taehyung, my name is Y/n, and over there is Jungkook, Jimin, and Yoongi" you say pointing to your other hybrids as they give him a small nod.
You think for a bit as you remember that it was gonna be really cold at night and there would be no way for him to survive it.
"Hey, why don't you come home with me and I'll heal up your wounds, you could also be friends with my other hybrids too" you offer him with a soft smile as he looks at them then at you again as fear suddenly washes over his face once again.
"Y-you won't h-hurt me..r-right..?" His words break your heart as you're about to reply someone else does, "N/n would never hurt us in a million years silly! She loves us a lot!" You hear Jimin yell as Taehyung gets startled a bit but then takes in what he just said.
He pulls you into a tight hug wrapping his wings around you in a protective way while tears stream down his face onto your shoulder as hiccups here and there escape his mouth as you hold him in your arms letting him sob.
"I-i would l-love t-too.." He says while hugging you more tighter as he then lets go of you and unwrapping his wings as well.
You smile holding your hand out for him as he gladly takes it in his pulling himself up as he's also, taller than you now that you get a better look at him.
As you make it home, your three hybrids go off to do their own things as you lead Taehyung into the bathroom sitting him down as you start treating his wounds.
Once you're done he stands up hugging you tightly against his chest wrapping his wings around you again as he nuzzles his nose against your neck, "Thank you so much again" He whispers gently as you smile gently petting his wings as his eyes widen a bit but calms down a few seconds later.
"No problem sweety, you can sleep in my room tonight, I'll sleep on the couch, and before you say anything, it's okay, I really don't mind at all. " Not finding any words to change your mind he sighs in defeat and thanks you as you show him your room after giving him some food and water.
Night time comes fast as you get yourself comfy on the couch about to fall asleep when arms suddenly lift you up from your spot against someone's chest.
Opening your eyes, you look up to see Yoongi who's looking back down at you and then looks away walking off into his room gently placing you down on his bed and laying next to you.
As you're about to protest (is that the right word?) about how you could of slept on the couch, lips suddenly meet yours as your eyes widen trying to pull away but he doesn't let you until you eventually give in and kiss back.
Seeming satisfied, he pulls away gently rubbing his thumb across your bottom lip as he smirks, "That's my thank you for everything you've done for us" He says while wrapping you in his arms laying his chin onto of your head as you finally realize what just happened.
Going back into the world you reach up scratching his ear gently while cuddling closer to him as his purrs fill the room making you giggle.
Closing your eyes you drift off into dream land, basking in Yoongi's warmth making you feel completely safe.
