Chapter 3

The next day...
"after 10 years the demon slayer exams will begin" granpa said which made my eyes glow of excitement.

I was so happy of the news grandpa gave me and on the other hand Zenitsu was trembling.

After that both of us continued training for 10 years until the day of the exams came...

we arrived at our destination I was wearing a yukata with triangles and the color was f/c.

Zenitsu also weared a yukata with triangles and the color was yellow.

Many people gathered there then suddenly 2 girls came to announce the instructions.

We were all seperated and I was worried about Zenitsu I hope he would be fine. While I was walking  I heard a sound, which made me flinch and made me get my sword. And then I got knocked out of something, when I woke up I was surrounded with snow. I don't know the reason why but the good thing was I was alive.

I finally arrived at the destination which I saw 4 people one was a girl when I saw a blonde boy I was so relived. Just afrer that the 2 girls who looked familiar showed up and then both of them told us some things they then gave us our own crows and I saw Zenitsu wasn't holding a crow it was a cute little bird. After that a boy suddenly held one of the girls hair it was like he was so pissed.

(you know what happened after this guys I am just too tired today)

After all that we returned home and after a few days our swords were given to us. When I held my sword it turned into white the one who created my sword said that I had an unusual sword color.

It wasn't common he told us that.

After that day we started to embark our journey for our first mission well we didn't have the same mission I was sad but I believed that we will see each other again after that. I needed to go to the mountains for my mission. The crow said that there was a demon lurking at that mountain and in that mountain contained a village.

I arrived at the village but it was so quiet no one opened their windows and doors, while I was roaming in the village I heard a scream.

I saw a demon who was gonna attack a little boy with a woman and a man who held each other tight.

Good thing I just came in time I was able to cut the demons head off instantly.

After cutting the demons head he looked at me and he said one word then he dissolved into thin air.

I wasn't able to hear the word he said, I don't know what he said but at least I saved them right?

After that the little boy cried while hugging the woman whom I think is his Mother.

The man thanked me for saving them, he was the father of the little boy.

When I saw the little boy it reminded me of Zenitsu I walked closer to the little boy, then said "don't cry anymore its safe now" I said as I patted his head and giving him a warm smile.

This made the little boy smile and hugged me, I asked his father if demons came here  frequently and he said yes.

I wanted to stay and look after them but I can't stay forever, I know that crow will come anytime soon and give me a new mission.

I had two options, option one I will bring the village to a much safer place but I can't guarantee their safety because they are too many. Two, I will ask my crow to ask for help from other demon slayers so that they can guard the village while I'm gone but I think they also have missions to do.

'Whaaaahhh what should I do' Then I heard a voice it was my crow saying I have a new mission. I told the family that I should go because I have a knew mission.

"At least stay for dinner" the woman said, "I am really sorry but I need to decline, I appreciate your kindness" I replied, "You're leaving already?" the little boy said while hugging me begging me to stay for a little longer.

"I'm really sorry but I have to go, don't worry if I have free time I will come here to visit" I said patting his head, "really?" he said with glimmering eyes, "yes" I said then I kissed his cheek as goodbye he blushed a little and we said each others goodbye.
