"Honey!"

That familiar voice instantly made me look up. 

But sadly those words weren't directed at me. 

You smiled sweetly and waved as your girlfriend came your way. 

I looked back down. 

You look so happy...

Happier then you did when you were with me.

And it hurts as hell.

I used to always bring a smile to your face. 

Until you mentioned a breakup. 

You didn't know that it shattered my heart into millions. 

And when you sent a cold glare my way,

it felt like knives were stabbing my heart. 

You moved on a long time ago. 

But i can't.

I miss you. 

I miss you so much. 

I can't help holding on to this even though it hurts. 

How did we become this? 

How did we become worst than strangers?

Was it my fault? 

Did I do something wrong? 

More tears flushed to my eyes making my vision blurry. 

I just want someone to hug me. 

To tell me everything will be okay.

I hope one day when I hear your name again, 

I won't be feeling this sad. 

This pathetic. 

Maybe one day I'll get my happiness back. 

But will I still be there to experience it? 

I don't know...
