He almost passed out as the spasm of pain ran through his body time after time again. Thankfully, he was out at the back of his house when the spasms started.

He could feel life being crushed out of his spine as it broke up and rearranged itself. His eyes burned as they changed from nice normal color to bloodshot red. Only his resolve stopped him from passing out this time around.

He raised his head and shouted but instead of a yell, a howl escaped from his lips.

He looked at his reflection in the water he used to rinse his clothes, but the reflection was not he wanted to see. It was a wolf. With jet black fur and bloodshot eyes which shone beautifully in the midday sun.0

With a defiant yell- or howl, he bounded into the woods.

He stopped after running a long time in the woods until the rumble of his stomach made him stop in something akin to the cries of hunger. He looked around, his ears searching for the slightest proof of movement.

Primitive instincts urged him to hunt for food, but his human mentality allowed him to take control. He looked around for a spot where he could hide his size. He crouched behind a nice, fat baobab tree and waited.

In a few minutes, the scent of a plump deer was carried to him by the wind. He watched with all senses on high alert as a deer walked into the clearing, completely oblivious of the hell it had just walked into.

After a few seconds, the deer raised its head; the scent of a predator had been carried over to it.

Fuck.' He thought. He had forgotten about the wind carrying odors to the herbivores.

The deer took off at a full sprint as the wolf followed suit. The deer was fast, but he was faster. He caught up in a few seconds, taking his time to scare the hell out of the poor animal before closing in to finish the kill.

He bit the hind leg of the deer to slow it down and then hit it bluntly to make it fall. He bent over the poor animal lying there, whimpering in pain. He bit the neck of the deer wincing as he could feel the life force of the deer passing out with each drop of its blood.

You see, I always knew you could not be a good sign.' A loud voice spoke out from the cluster of the trees.

He looked around, his thermal vision getting accustomed to the different temperatures until he locked on to the man in breeches approaching him. His slightly glowing emerald green eyes' giving him out that he was not human.

And who the hell is this supposed to be?' he thought.

Well, I am the alpha of the only wolf pack in this area and seeing as you are a werewolf whom is not from my pack, you are trespassing into my territory which of course is against the law.'

Hmm...... He heard my thought.' He thought to himself.

Well what do you want?'

I am not interested in having you in my pack so; basically, I have to kill you.'

It seems as though this clusterfuck can kill as long as one Is not in his pack... Who the hell made that rule?"

It appears you do not need a reason to kill because you are an alpha, right? But still what makes you think so? Can you do it? Are you qualified?'

Well it won't be my first time killing monsters and I am pretty sure I can take you.
