Chocolate/candy
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 cup: powdered sugar
1 bag/12 oz: of chocolate chipsMix peanut butter and butter up then gradually add sugar until you get a dough consistency.
Chill in the fridge for 15 ish minutes, then take out and form into balls of your desired size.
I would recommend freezing them till there cold and slightly stiff but not frozen, otherwise they soften quickly in the melted chocolate.
while in freezer melt up the chocolate
for easier dipping you can take one of those wooden sticks with a pointy end, dip the pointy end in the melted chocolate then push it the ball
(although you would have to do that before you freeze them, then you would have to wait until the chocolate is solid so it wont slide off the stick)
its a bit extra work but it makes things easier. After you dip em, let the chocolate harden then enjoy.
