Ladybug had transformed a minute ago when her earrings vibrated. Her yo-yo buzzed. "What?" She asked, picking it up. "Don't tell me those three have returned. We thought they were finally gone."

"Actually, it isn't those three." Chat replied.

"Then why did you call?"

"We have two new visitors." He said. "Looks like their council, or whoever gives orders, decided to take four days to send a new team our way."

Ladybug sighed. "Of course they did."

"There's only two this time, so maybe they're short on people."

"I don't think that's the case." Ladybug rolled off her bed and stood up. "So where are they?"

"Um . . . I'll meet you there." Chat said. "Go outside and look for a really big tree. You'll find them easy."

"What?! Chat! Is this a riddle or something?" He hung up. "Ugh! I wonder sometimes why I even answer your calls." Ladybug snapped her yo-yo shut.

Ladybug walked to her window and threw it open. She stepped on the edge and began to climb to the roof. Luckily, there weren't more than five floors in her building. Ladybug reached the top and stood up. Her mouth gaped open at the sight before her.

"It's . . . a tree." Her eyes widened. "By the Louvre maybe?" A massive tree stood tall in the center of the city.

Ladybug spun her yo-yo and launched it at a pole, swinging over several rows of buildings. She ran along a bunch before finally reaching the Louvre. She saw Chat Noir a few rooftops down and swung over to him.

"Was the riddle really necessary?" She asked.

"Yes." He declared.

Ladybug rolled her eyes before looking at the tree. One girl hung upside down on a branch with her eyes closed while the other stood tall at the top. They looked too carefree to be intimidating, but it was best not to underestimate them.

"Hey!" Chat cupped his hands around his mouth. "What are you two doing here?!"

"Chat!" Ladybug glared.

"I'm just asking." He excused.

"Ugh, they're so loud." The upside down girl flipped right.

"Why don't you two come down here and find out?" The second one spoke in an English accent. She smiled and turned to the heroes.

Ladybug and Chat Noir turned to each other. Ladybug shrugged before jumping over the edge. Chat followed. The first girl dropped from the branch as the second one fell from the top, dragging her hand along the tree's trunk. Once she hit the ground, the tree poofed away.

"What was that tree for in the first place?" Chat asked.

"To get you here." The second girl said. "If I had planted a mere sapling, you would've never showed up."

Both newbies looked different from the original trio. They still gave off a warrior vibe, but they appeared more threatening. The first girl wore a cyanne and light green outfit with fabric wristlets and anklets. Her hair was coal black and braided with a green headband to top it off. Her feet stayed bare and her eyes closed.

The second girl wore an evergreen suit with the design and texture of leaves. Her eyes were brown and her hair was dirty blonde in a ponytail. Ladybug noticed their rings; similar to wedding rings and similar to the trio's. But the one thing that seemed unsettling was their lack of masks. Both faces were blank and confident.

"Why don't either of you wear a mask?" Chat asked, leaning on his staff. It bothered him too.

"Why would we need to?" The first girl asked, opening her eyes to reveal white purple irises.
