Making A New Friend

Jack's POV

 I was in the boys locker rooms talking with my friends Bunny and Sandy. I was tying my shoes when I heard Bunny mention my name in his conversation with Sandy. I looked up at him and noticed that Bunny was watching me while Sandy looked confused.

 "What's wrong" I asked as Sandy raised a brow at Bunny. "Well mate its just that ya haven't talked with us in a pretty long time" he said as I closed my locker. "What do you mean? I talk to you two in 6th and 2nd period. I also text you guys ya know" I pointed out. "I mean....." Bunny started with making me lean as I waited for an answer.

 "Ever since you met that Elsa of yours. Welllll...she's all ya talk about and it seems like all ya want to do is spent time with her instead of your friends" Bunny said as Sandy made a ohhhhhhhh face. Kinda like that face you make when you finally get a joke after a couple minute. Sandy later nodded in agreement. 

 I stood there thinking of an answer. Its not like I can tell them I like-like Elsa. We all know how that would go. I tell, they laugh, I glare, they hold their stomach from laughter, I walk away, etc.

 "Uhhhhhh" I said as I rubbed the back of my neck. Bunny then smirked and put his hand out making Sandy slap it giving Bunny a hand five. "What" I said quietly from confusion. "Well Sandy, the young Frost here is in love" Bunny said as he crossed his arms and leaned on some random lockers. My eyes widen as Sandy giggled without a single sound escaping his lips.(Since he's mute)

 Bunny chuckled one last time before walking away. I heard his footsteps making me turn around to see Sandy waving goodbye to me. All I did was wave shyly in return. Sandy walked away with a few quiet giggles. 

 I closed my locker right when the bell rang. I grabbed my stuff and went outside to wait for Elsa. Lots and lots of girls and guys were in the area I was in. With the teens who are going into the locker rooms and the others who are coming out...it was pretty crowded. 

 "Jack is it?" a voice said. I turned around to see who it was. I mentally gasped and grrrd at the same time. "Ham *dramatic music*" I said as if I just meet my arch nemesis. Duh, duh, duhhhhhhhhh. 

 "What" Hans said as he raised a brow at me. 

 "Uh nothing. What are you doing here you evil Ham" I said with a serious face and tone. You could tell that Hams was confused at my question. 

 "I'm going to pretend that I never heard that" Hams said making me roll my eyes. "You see, you seem to still be around Elsa all the time" Hams said. "Didn't I already tell you-" I cut him off when I walked away to be with Elsa. 

 "Seriously" I heard that Ham guy yelled. Honestly, who would name their child Hams? He looks more like a waffle than a Ham. I thought and chuckled to myself.

 I walked next to Elsa as we both headed to science.

 "Hey snowflake" I said to Elsa. "Hey Jack" Elsa said making me gasp and cup my cheeks. Elsa clearly noticed my weirdness and asked what's wrong by raising a brow. "Y-you-u j-just-t-t c-ca-all me-e Jack" I said in excitement. Elsa nodded as I was a physio. "Instead of Jackson" I said making Elsa chuckle.

 "So? What am I suppose to call you" Elsa asked. "Possibly, your future husband" I muttered so Elsa couldn't hear. Elsa snapped as an idea popped in her head. "Frosty" she said making me burst into laughter. "What? Better than Santa" Elsa said. "Santa?" I said in confusion. 

 "Well with the snow white hair and the pale skin you look like a snowish person" Elsa said as I nod in agreement. So does she as well. "Then call me the winter spirit" I said with a little bow as I let her go inside the classroom first. 

 "If you get to make your own nickname than I should be Ice Queen" Elsa said as she smirked. "Then I'm the Ice King" I said. 

 "Sorry buddy, that name is already taken" an old man said with a realllly long white beard, a blue dress(?), and a crown on his head. He looked strange. I have never seen him before in this school. He just passed by on cue. (Its the Ice King from Adventure Time)

 Elsa laughed making me smile. She sat down next to a girl I recognized. Periwinkle. I sat next to this guy who had his face in a book. He looks familiar. I thought. 

 "Jack?" the student next to me said. "Uh yeah. Hi" I said awkwardly. "My name is Hiccup. I'm Elsa's friend" he said as I made that oh-that's-where-you're-from face. "Pleasure to meet you Hiccup" I said with a smile.

 Hiccup fixed his glasses and went back to reading. "What ya reading about" I asked making Hiccup jump a bit. "Uh nothing really important" he said kinda shaking as if he was embarrassed. "Drans" he mumbled making me raise a brow. He sighed and finally said "dragons."

 He closed his eyes as if he waiting for my reaction. Instead of laughing like what most people probably would have done, I examined the book. I took the book from his hands and read the title. 'The Rare Night Furry' it said on the hard book with these glowing green eyes on the bottom of the cover. 

 For the third time, I was interested in a book. The first time was the Hunger Games series and the second was well.....The Fault In Our Stars. Don't judge me.

 "To be honest.....This is the third time in my life that i'm actually interested in a book" I told Hiccup. "What were the first two" Hiccup asked making me gulp quietly. "Hunger Games and thefaultinourstars" I mumbled the last part. Hiccup put his hand next to his ear as in gesturing to speak louder. Hiccup smirked while doing it as if he knew I was embarrassed of my likes in books.

 I sighed and looked at the ground. "The Fault In Our Stars" I blurted out quietly ,but loud enough for him to hear and understand. He gasped and pulled out a familiar book from his backpack. 

 "Gasp!!!! You have the book" I said as I tried my best to remain calm. Hiccup nodded. "I finally found someone that likes this book who you know....is a dude" Hiccup said as I nodded as in me-too. "Did or did you not read the book before watching the movie" Hiccup asked with a serous tone. Fandoms are seriously serious. Does that make sense?

 "Duhhh. Of course I would read the book before watching the movie. I stick loyal to my fandom" I said proudly. "Same here" Hiccup said with a smile. 

 Class had begun and me and Hiccup didn't even notice. After talking about the Agustus x Hazel moments we starting talking about Hunger Games, Percy Jackson, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, and even Doctor Who.

 It was easy to get to know Hiccup because all we had to do was a simple worksheet. Best part was that you were allowed to work with your partner. Everything was going great until I saw Elsa making a scowl at the corner of my eye. 

 I turned around to see why she was making the face and saw .............................................................................................................................................................................
