After that party Jack ruled the school. He had gone from cool to cooler.
In 7th grade he went from cooler to coolest.
By the time 8th grade was here, Jack was ready for high school, the big leagues.
Emma and him had been off and on throughout 7th grade and now 8th.
Carl still hadn't even had. A girlfriend.
The Franchise was same ol' same ol'.
Around thanksgiving time Jack realized he hadn't gotten in his first fight yet. Everybody liked him, so he had no one to fight. Except Lamar.
He got some rumors started about him and it was on. The entire school gathered around the football field for the big fight. "You swing first". Lamar would say. Jack did.
Sock!
Right in the mouth.
After that it was all out war. A football coach came and broke it up. They called the school and there parents. Jacks grandma wasn't mad because Jack told her that The Franchise was making fun of her. That night Jack didn't know who won until he saw the Instagram videos. Some might of said it was a tie but Jack won for real.
Jack and The Franchise were assigned 3 days of ISP (in school suspension).
The first day he walked in he saw the monitor, Mr. Barley. The Special-ED kid, Chipper, probably in here for, drugs. Sandra Bae. The Franchise. Everyone did there work except Lamar.
Around 5th period Mr. Barley passed out. The microwave was on and the popcorn that he was coking was on fire. No one could open it because it required a key to open the microwave. They checked Mr. Barley for the key but no dice. They couldn't open the door either because of a key.
"You know what this means?" Chipper said. He pulled a ziplock bag out of his backpack filled with whitepowder.
"Hella yes". Lamar said.
Jack stood back as they sniffed it. Sandra took some to. "Try some" she said as she put some in her hand then blew it in his face.
Some of it got on Mr. Barley to.
"What the smokes". Jack said.
Then thinks got dizzy for him.
Things got slow motion.
"Tttthhhheeee kkkkeeeeyyyy!" Chipper pointed as a hawk snatched it up and flew out the window. Everyone jumped out. They never hit the bottom but kept falling.
