Time skips to the 10th of february: Marinette's POV: "Marinette wake up!" "Five more minutes Tikki!" I groaned "But today is the results day of the competition and you don't want to miss them come on jump out of bed and get ready!" Tikki replied excitedly "oh yess you're right can you please choose my outfit for today make it look so fashionable because of today's events (wink)" And I went take a quick shower, brushed my teeth then I brushed my hair and curled it a bit and let it loose. "Wow Tikki, you have a great sense of smile, thank you (she held her next to her cheek) you really are the best" I said while looking at my reflection in the mirror. "You're welcome Marinette, and you really the best holder I could ever ask for, I'm really glad that Master Fu assigned me to you" replied the little red and black dotted god. "Let's get you some cookies and go to school early I can't wait to hear the results but I'm a bit nervous what if I don't make it, what if my designs aren't good enough oh my god what will I do?!" I started to panick but Tikki started to calm me down "Don't worry Marinette you did your best besides I am pretty sure that you're gonna win, you are the best designer ever and even if you didn't make it this competition will be like an experience to you let's go you don't wanna miss the live of the results" Then I headed downstairs took a croissant and some cookies for Tikki and kissed my parents goodbye "good luck sweetie for today" maman and papa said.
When I arrived at school "you look hawt gurl, I'm really liking you're style this year" Alya said running to me "hey Alya thank you" I replied "aaaaannnddd don't panick but Adrien is coming this way" she said with a wink. "Whaaa-" "Hey Marinette, you look beautiful today hey Alya" Adrien said and I blushed like crazy I could feel the heat rising to my cheeks "th-than-thanks A-Adrien" "Hey dudette, how are you feeling today"asked the DJ "I am feeling a little bit nervous" I replied "Don't worry girl you did great they would be fools if they didn't pick you as a winner"
Riiiiiiinnnnnnggggggg 3rd person POV: They headed to class and miss Bustier turned on the live stream and waited for the judges to say the winner name and the reward. You could hear the class saying "hope we win", "I am sure Marinette did great", "Ouuu this is sooooo breath taking", "I am so nervous".
On the live stream: Hello everyone, as you might know at the end of the last school year we launched a fashion competition which consists of designing a ball gown between 150 school around the world and the winner will have an amazing prize. The judges were the fashion designer Gabriel Agreste (Adrien was shocked), the famous director of the fashion magazine Style Queen Audrey Bourgeois (the look on Chloe's face was priceless), and last but certainly not least the King and Queen of China. Everybody applaused. And now let's move into the winner, suspense, every young designer of the contestants is really special and trust me our judges had a hard time while choosing the best ball gown, but as you know that only one person will win at the end, another minutes of suspense, and the winner of the international designing competion is... suspense, (you could hear everyone wispering Marinette's name and their school name in the class while the bluenette was having a really hard time breathing)... Is... Is... MARINETTE DUPAIN-CHENG! FROM FRANCOIS DUPONT SCHOOL! At that very moment everyone in the class cheered for Marinette and she felt that was about to faint but this is when the man was about to announce the prize, and the prize is that Marinette and her class will go on a field trip to China and will be able to participate at the coronation of the new princess at the end of this school year. Congratulations Marinette! (End of the live stream) " OH MY GOD! I can't believe we're going to China!" shouted Alya, everyone in the class ran to Marinette and thanked her "Of course we would win because my mother is one of the judges" "Shut up chloe" said Alix, at that very moment Marinette couldn't take the shock, she was surprised and happy but in a second everything was blurry faded to black, she fainted but didn't hit the ground instead she felt arms carry her and heard Adrien calling her name.
Time skips when Marinette wakes up: I opened my eyes and saw someone on a chair next to me leaning his head on my bed and holding my hand, then I realised that I was at the nurse I moved a bit to adjust my sleeping position but the person told to lay down and it was ADRIEN! ADRIEN FREAKING AGRESTE WAS HOLDING MY HAND AND WAITING ME TO WAKE UP! "For how long I've been out? I asked him I was surprised that I didn't stutter " Thanks god you woke up because you were out for 4 complete hours" I didn't know what to say but looked at our interlocked hands and blushed madly. He must have noticed me because he quickly took it off and apologised and his face turned crimson red. "So we told you that you would do great and even win." Adrien said I just smiled at him tgen he took me home and laid me in my bed but I didn't want him to leave so I just grabbed his hand quickly "Can you sit next to me a bit or maybe I fall asleep" I internally slapped myself for asking him this stupid question but to my surprise he nodded and sat on my bed and started patting my hair. I felt so over-whelmed by his action and quickly falling asleep.
