Chapter One: When Shit Hits The Fan

Lucy walked angrilly away from Natsu, and started to her house. Natsu followed close behind her, trying to explain himself.

"Luce, let me-"

"I don't want to near it Natsu. We're best friends and... let's talk when we get to my house. People are staring" Lucy scowled at him. Natsu stayed quiet, and just followed silently behind her.

Timeskip: Lucy's House

Lucy sat down onto her bed as Natsu stood, looking at her from a couple of feet away from the bed.

"As I was saying, we're best friends and you still talk crap about me behind my back with everyone at the guild!" She screamed at the salmon haired boy.

"Luce, everyone talks crap about their friends once in a while. You can't honestly tell me you've never talked crap about me too. I'm sorry, but this is not something that I'm going to lose an argument over!" Natsu yelled back.

"Well, I have! Okay! But you probably have done it more than I have! And stop feeling the need to protect me all the time on missions! I am perfectly capable of handling myself! I have my spirits, Natsu! Get that through your peanut sized brain of yours!" She growled, changing the topic of heir conversation slightly.

"Oh yeah? Who's the one that jumped from a tall building and called my name huh? Who's the one that got you into Fairy Tail in the first place?! Who's the one who saved your ass millions of times from dying? Huh?" Natsu questioned her, screaming loudly at her. Lucy stood up.

"My ass didn't need to be saved, Natsu! I called your name to use you so I wouldn't die idiot! I don't need you. Go.To.Hell. and never come back! You know what? Maybe I should do everyone a favor and disappear so that you and our so called "family" wont have to worry about me anymore! How's that for you?! Huh!?" She screamed at him. Poking him in the chest harshly with almost every word she said.

"Oi! I never said you should disappear! I said that friends talk shit about each other all the goddamned time! So shut your stupid, annoying little mouth and shut the fuck up will you! You know what? Hmm?..You don't deserve to be in Fairy Tail... I don't even know why I brought you... I'm done here Lucy. This argument is over. I'll see you at the guild tomorrow" Natsu trailed off into an angry, depressed, low growl. But before he did, Lucy was enveloped into a bright glow of light. The room filled with magic. The magic swirled around Lucy and the pressure in the room became very close to unbearable for Natsu, and that's really saying something.

"Lucy!" Natsu screamed in surprise. He panicked in confusion, all of his anger for her disappearing into guilt, before heading to the guild in a hurry to inform everyone that Lucy disappeared, and it was his fault; he wasn't going to lie.

Lucy's Perspective... Sort of...

Lucy watched angrily as Natsu closed his eyes, trying to calm himself down. Suddenly, before she could say anything to defend herself, she was enveloped by a bright, angelic looking light, only, it felt as if it were dosed in hatred and anger. It swarmed around her until everything went black. She stopped breathing, and her senses turned off.
