Chapter Six:

OE stands for Original Earth

OE Lucy slept on the couch with OE Natsu, who had his arm snaked around her waist protectively. It was one of those couches that could be converted into a bed if nessecary. The night was quiet and calm, with an exception to a couple of cars whirring by, chirping crickets, and night-time breeze. Other than that, it was exceptionally quiet.

Suddenly, OE Lucy's eyes shot open, along with OE Natsu's.

"Did you hear that?" OE Lucy asked, earning a nod from her boyfriend.

"I'll get up, go check on Fiore Lucy" Natsu told her as he got up, OE Lucy complied. She got up as well, walking to her room where Fiore Lucy was sleeping.

"Fiore Lucy, did you hear that too?" OE Lucy asked, seeing that Fiore Lucy was awake in a sitting position. She turned her head and nodded in reply.

"Natsu's checking the house right now" OE Lucy informed, taking a seat adjacent to the other version of herself.

"Okay, that's good" Fiore Lucy said in a depressed tone of voice.

"Why are you so sad? What if it's your Natsu? You know, Fiore Natsu? What if he's come to get you?" OE Lucy smiled at her.

"Maybe..." Lucy shrugged.

The two convered for a couple of minutes, waiting for OE Natsu to appear and tell them what it was. OE Lucy got a little worried since he was taking so long, and got up to go see what was taking him so long. Though, before she could exit the room, OE Natsu walked in with an "I have a problem, what do I do?" Face.

"Ummm... Guys?" Natsu entered into the room, turning on the lights and earning sharp hisses from the girls which he chuckled at.

"Turn off the lights!" Boh the Lucy's hissed.

"No, you have to see" OE Natsu said as the girls squinted their eyes at the body on his shoulder. It was Natsu... Fiore Natsu, much to Fiore Lucy's surprise.

"Natsu!" Lucy exclaimed, her mouth immediately covered by the other Lucy's hand.

"Quiet! I'll get evicted!" Lucy whispered in an angry tone of voice, but with a warm smile plastered onto her face, that basically screamed "I told you so" right in her face.

"Lu... cy..." A tired groan came from Fiore Natsu as OE Natsu set him down where OE Lucy was sitting.

"Natsu, wake up" Lucy shook his shoulder. Her face hovering over his, slightly.

The pink haired male stirrdd in his sleep, before awakening to Lucy's voice. His eyes slowly made their was open, and he flinched at the sudden brightness.

"Lucy" Natsu breathed. Lucy leaned back so that Natsu could sit up.

"What? Why are there two Lucys? And another one of me?" Natsu asked in confusion.

"Long story. Now, not to be rude, but how do you guys get back?" OE Lucy asked.

"Ooops..." Fiore Natsu rubbed the back of his head.

"What do you mean 'ooops?' You don't know how to get back?!" Lucy kept her voice quiet this time.

"Well... I may have forgotrsn to listen..." Natsu chuckled nervously.

"Idiot! We'll be stuck here forever!" Lucy whispered to him angrilly.

"They make such a cute couple" OE Lucy whispered -quietly enough so the two who were arguing coukdn't hear them- to OE Natsu who nodded in reply.

"Well how could I? When I was worried about you?" Fiore Natsu looked away from Fiore Lucy, and down at his feet.

"Natsu..." Fiore Lucy gawked in surprise.

"We'll give you two some time" OE Natsu said as Him and his Lucy Left the room.

Fiore Natsu and Lucy sat there in the dark since OE Lucy had decided to turn those damned lights off. Fiore Natsu and Lucy looked at eachother, but didn't talk for a while.

"What? It's normal to worry about a friend" Natsu dared to break the silence. Suddenly, he felt Lucy's arms snake around his neck.

"Luce? What're you-" Lucy pulled his face to hers, and their lips met.

"Lucy?" Natsu asked in awe after a couple minutes of their makeout session.

"Mmhmm?" Lucy asked, bringing her arms back down to her sides.

"I don't like you that way" Natsu said to her, wiping his lips harshly.

"I'm sorry..." Lucy blushed hard, apologizing. She scolded herself mentally.

"I'm kidding. I love you, Lucy. You have no idea how much it hurt to say that" Natsu grabbed the back of her head and pulled her into another kiss. After a couple of minutes, the two pulled away from eachother.
