Chapter 9: Magic School Part 2

Aaron Spelling owns everything.

"It was rage. Will i always have to be full of rage in order to use Electrokinesis?," said Kat.

"No but it takes time to learn how to use it without being full of rage. You have a lot to learn Kat but i know you can do it. Just remember the feeling and not be full of that feeling but when time passes you will understand what i mean," said Headmaster Leo.

"Thank you," said Kat

"Now get to class before you are late," said Headmaster Leo.

Kat left the classroom satisfied with herself. She finally found out the trigger to her Electrokinesis but that was the easy part. The hard is learning how to use it without being filled with that emotion. On her way to potion class she felt excited to tell her sister, Tamara, what had happened. When she reached the classroom; she saw her sister talking to some guy. Kat went straight in to class not trying to interrupt her sister's conversation and took a seat by her sister's desk and waited for her. Tamara came in with a smile on and Kat began her questioning. Meanwhile in another part of the school, Patty was attending her Levitation class.

"Before we start class, I will like for you all to welcome Patty," said Professor Ellen.

The entire class whipped their heads towards the door and Patty felt a little embarrassed because she never really liked to be the center of attention. Patty said her quick hello and took the empty seat next to the door.

"Alright class, today lesson is learning how to control your levitation. It's also required for you to learn this to move up to the next level of levitation. I would like a student to come up here and demonstrate your levitation skills," said Professor Ellen.

No one in the class raised their hand to volunteer. Patty tried her best not to make eye contact with the Professor to avoid being called on. What Patty didn't know was that Professor Ellen had a habit on picking on students who didn't make eye contact with her.

"Ah Patty please come up here," said Professor Ellen.

Patty reluctantly got out of her seat and made her way to the front of the classroom.

"Please tell me how you found out about your levitation," said Professor Ellen.

"I was at my aunt's house and i saw a mouse run by. I jumped up on the chair to only be levitated a few feet above ground," said Patty.

"What was your thoughts exactly?," said Professor Ellen.

"Well i guess to get far away from the mouse as possible," said Patty.

"Okay. What i want you to do is think about your exact feelings that day and levitate," said Professor Ellen.

Patty thought about the feeling but only levitated a few inches of the ground. She tried again and the same thing happened.

"Not bad but now i want you to feel the emotion. Remember all magic powers are tied to emotion. So feel it and give it another try," said Professor Ellen.

"But i don't know the exact emotion," said Patty.

"You said you was scared of the mouse. So the emotion had to be fear. Please try again," said Professor Ellen.

Patty thought about fear of the mouse but nothing happened. She tried again and again but still nothing happened. Standing in front of th room and being embarrassed because she couldn't levitate at will gave her the feeling of wanting to get far away. Just as she felt that feeling she levitated high above her classmates.
