Chapter 3 of 12

Wonwoo are going to tell Yoona about how he and Sakura met. But he's  interrupted by Sakura as he's glared by her. Yoona made Sakura shocked since usually her seonseungnim would explains the research to the newcomer. But Yoona told her that Wonwoo has helped her before with other research, so he should know the basics already. All that Sakura need to do is to instruct him a little. That's the definition of a good helper by Yoona. Yoona also told Sakura that Wonwoo just got dumped by his girlfriend so he has free time, even while Wonwoo said that he hasn't been dumped yet. Then Yoona excused herself since she has a class in another university.

Sakura took a glance of Wonwoo while that young man smiled at her. Sakura thought that he's probably not a bad person but she doesn't like him. Then Sakura lead Wonwoo to enter the labs. On their way, Wonwoo persistently asked whether have they met somewhere. He even mentioned campus and train station. Sakura answered that they haven't met.

"Then what about the necklace? I haven't heard the answer for that," asked Wonwoo. He made Sakura startled. "Didn't you lose it? On a rainy day?" Sakura couldn't answer. "I have it,"

"You sound like a public prosecutor," said Sakura.

"Cause it bugs me, a lot!"

"I meant to say 'You looked like the flirt at the station'," Sakura mocked Wonwoo.

"Well, You look like someone I'd go for,"

"Not ME!" Sakura got annoyed. "You know Wonwoo-sshi, your intentions are ambiguous. If you came here to tease me then leave now," Sakura said coldly.

"I said that because it's what I really thought. I'll try not to say it if it bothers you," Wonwoo said. "I think I'm a pretty good guy," Wonwoo smiled.

"Pfft," Sakura chuckled. "You would say that about yourself? Fine, I'll be the judge of that from now on," Sakura paused. "You can throw the necklace away. I'm going to do it anyway,"

"Then, that really was yours?"

"Yes, no more questions,"

They both entered the restricted area using Sakura's ID, and that young girl turned the lamp on. Sakura told Wonwoo to stay in that room while she was searching for some documents and spare lab coats for Wonwoo. She got back and found out that Wonwoo was completely absorbed to a plant that grows up in a glass box.

"What is this?" asked Wonwoo.

"This plant is a root variation clone made from mutation using part that reacts strongly with carbon dioxide. We grow it in the same environment as the original root and compare the differences between the two to figure out its mechanism. We normally grow them in the greenhouse, so this is just sample," Sakura explained.

"Sakura-sshi made this?"

"Yoona-seonseungnim made most of the clone we use for research. I were only successful twice. It's difficult getting the plant adapt outside labs. I just look over its growth,"

"Wow, Yoona-seonseungnim amazing! You're amazing too Sakura-sshi. You've been protecting its small world. I couldn't do something like that,"

"That's....if you follow the texts, anyone can do it," Sakura blushes. "Well Wonwoo-sshi, what research did you help with?"

"Hmm, I just counted microorganism," Wonwoo not really sure.

"Well, this pretty similar," Sakura said. "Is it ok for you to start working tomorrow?"

"yeah, how often should I come? You're here everyday right?"

"Whenever you have time," Sakura said.

"I'll come everyday. The research seems interesting too. Is it ok?," Wonwoo words made Sakura speechless.

"Well then, please take care of me Wonwoo-sshi,"

Hoshi approached Wonwoo in hallway, he invited Wonwoo to join his circle's meeting for drinks because the girls said that they're only going if Wonwoo's going. Wonwoo declined that invitation since he can't even drink that much and he haven't gone with that circle either. Wonwoo also told Hoshi that he's going to be busy helping Sakura at Yoona-seonseungnim's lab for a while.

Hoshi got shocked when he heard Sakura's name, he warned Wonwoo since he has a girlfriend and even though Sakura is primadona there's several rumors about her that only a part of agricultural majors knows. Those rumors said that Sakura was harassed by one senior. A professor happened to pass by and warned them. Since Sakura looks delicate and pretty but reserved and don't have many friends. She was almost attacked by bad guy. And Wonwoo's act can give more trouble for Sakura. 

"If she tells me that I'm a bother, I'll stop," said Wonwoo.

Wonwoo has been already working in lab, counting microorganism using microscope. His mind wondered about Hoshi's words earlier. It's true that Sakura's pretty but her cold and reserved personality is difficult indeed.

"Wonwoo-sshi! Wonwoo-sshi!" Sakura patted Wonwoo's shoulder. Wonwoo turned his head immediately until their face got close. "Wha... don't turn so suddenly!"

"Eh? You're the one that called me," Wonwoo protested.

"I called you many times.... Wonwoo-sshi's tears. Are you alright? You need to blink... You're too focused," Sakura gave tissue to Wonwoo.

"Ah,you right," He accepted it. "I'm done with these," Wonwoo's gave his work to Sakura.

"You can't just do it randomly, you didn't count properly did you? Not even an hour passed,"

"No, I checked after I counted," Wonwoo defended himself.

"I guess it's fine," Sakura though she can check it later. "Well, it's for you. And ID for restricted area. It's bothersome to keep using my ID, isn't it?" Sakura gave Wonwoo an ID card.

"Eh, thankyou," Wonwoo accepted the card. "I might use this to steal secret data from the labs..." Wonwoo smirked.

"I doubt that," Sakura smiled then got focused in documents not knowing that Wonwoo smiled brightly. "What? Ah, then just give it back already...." Sakura tried to take back the card when Yoona entered the room.

"Oh? You're getting along well. You both were lying when you said you just met, weren't you?" Yoona smiled.

It was only Yoona and Sakura in lab, Yoona checked on Wonwoo's work and praised him for his excellent work. Sakura shocked since he didn't even take an hour. After that they discussed that they should search for other researcher since they couldn't depend on Wonwoo in long term. But Yoona made sure that if Sakura's not opposed, she could let him work until he says otherwise.

"He also seems happy," Yoona smiled.

"Is he really into counting microorganism?" Sakura asked.

"No, he's happy being with you,"
