The thing was ghastly, to say the least. Though indescribably grotesque, I will attempt to put pen to paper and outline its characteristics to the best of my ability. Frightening, threatening and intimidating it was a harrowing experience!

First and foremost, from my perspective, forced though it was, it was enormous. Irregular yet bulbous, it had a reddish hue with an uncanny layer of coarse hair covering the majority of what seemed to be its body.

That having been said, it also displayed all the characteristics of some rotund parasite poised to drain my energy and inflict unspeakable pain. Minute by minute, hour by hour, it seemed to grow right before my eyes. The larger it became, what appeared to be an eye, yellowish white, became more prominent as well.

Just when I thought all was lost and I would succumb to this monstrosity, in he stepped. Equipped to do battle, lance in hand like a medieval knight, he sallied forth. The doctor stabbed the evil "thing at the end of" my nose and successfully drained the boil.
