Montana's POV

Zayn and I walked into the trees. He was taking me to his cabin so I could call someone. As we walked I noticed a body lay on the ground. A very familiar looking body.....
"Codi!",I screamed running over to them. His eyes were closed and he wasn't breathing....he's dead...
"No. No. No. No!!!!!"
Zayn's arms wrapped around me and he picked me up.
"He's dead! I did this to him. Its all my fault!"
"Shhh...,,calm down everything is going to be alright. I'll call an abulance. He set me down, but kept an arm protectively around me. He called 911 and told him everything. Soon an ambulance came and took Codi's body, but it was no use. He was gone. The worst part is that I didn't even get to say good bye to him. I'm sad that he's dead but for some reason I don't feel heart broken.....but I loved him.....didn't i? Of course I love him. I told the voice in my head. Codi was my first love and only love. And that's what he will always be. No one can replace him. He is my one true love. There is no one else out in the world for me. Just Codi. Zayn took me to the hospital and we sat in the waiting room. I have very little faith about Codi living but it was there . I don't think he can survive. To think that I did this to him just makes it worse.
*few hour later*
"Family of Codi Banks?"
"That's us! Well me, fiance.", I said practically running towards the doctor.
"Well we were able to flash out Mr. Banks' lungs and rrepare them. His breathing is irregular only because his lungs are still healing. When and if he wake he only has a 20% chance of living."
"T-thank you doctor."
He nodded and walked down the hall. 20%......on 20% chance of me being able to be with him again. Lord please help him.

Georgia's POV

I lay on the couch cuddled up to Liam, our fingers intertwined. I felt him kiss my temple.
"Do you think she's okay?"
"She's fine. You sister's a tough nut to crack."
"Do you think I'll ever see her again?"
"She'll come home eventually, Gia. You just got to think of all the sorrow and pain she's going through right now.", he replied rubbing my back.
"I miss her. She'll never be the same after this."
"I know Gia."
I nuzzled my head in to the side of his neck and he wrapped his arms around me.
"I love you."

Codi's POV

I looked around and noticed everything was white. In the distance I saw a girl. She was in a white dress. I tried to walk to her but my feet wouldn't move. She walked towards me her features were strangely familiar.
"Mom?"
"Codi sweet heart."
"H-how...am I d-dead? What about Montana? I can't leave her."
"Codi, it's time to move on. Montana is killing her self over hurting you. She loves you but not in a stay together forever way. If you go back , if she ever falls out of love with you She will stay with you because feels bad for everything. She'd be unhappy, but she'd stay."
"How do you know?"
"I've seen it. I know what is going to happen."
"Who does she end up with if I don't get back?"
"I can't answer that."
"Has she already met them?",I asked wanting some information.
"She has."
All of a sudden I was in a hospital room. My body lay on the bed. Montana and a dark haired guy sat at my side.
"I love you Codi.",Montana's voice echoed around me. A light flashed and I was back in the hospital room. This time Montana sat at the. Side of the bed with Geogia. They were both crying as they watched my body. Two guys came up to them and wrapped their arms around them. I didn't catch their features before I was back with my mom.
"What's you choice son?"
"I..."
