I guided my character out of my vault in Mianite. It was a slow day so far, no story lines being followed out., the pirates were off, and Jordan and I weren't fighting...yet. Tucker and Sonja were working on their chapel project and Jordan was expanding his vault as far as I knew. My plan was to wait for Ashley to get on...but it'd been a full half hour and there'd been no sign of her.
"So guys. Any idea why Ashley isn't streaming" The thought was said outloud without thinking. I instantly regretted it as stream chat blew up.

"Wait what?" I scrolled throught the messages, logging into team speak almost as soon as I finished reading the comments coming through. "So guys....any idea what's up with Ashley?"
Jordan made a slight noise on his end, as if he knew something we didn't, "Ah well...Emma said she's pretty sick....stress induced something or the other combined with her anemia. Em said she'll be fine but she's in the hospital now...and she'll be there for a few more days at the least."
"Are you serious?" Tucker asked suddenly.
"Yeah...she passed out during a Skype call apparently. Emma said she chewed the guy out for at least an hour at the hospital."
"Did the guy happen to be you, Tom?" Sonja broke in, her voice only half accusing.
"I had nothing to do with it. I haven't talked to her since the day before yesterday." I said, suddenly worried.
"Jorddaaannnnn" Sonja chimed. "Stream wants to know if you can find someway to ask Ashley to get in team speak if she feels okay"
"You should be asking Tom. He's the one with her number."
"I got this guys." I grabbed my phone, going to the last text from Ashley.
To: Ashley- Hey gurl :3 Stream wants to know how u iz doing
A moment later I got a response.
From: Ashley- I iz okay. I.V and such. You know. Anemic problemz :/
"She says she's feeling okay guys. That's a plus" I said as I texted back, ignoring the responses from the others.
To Ashley: Sonj wants to know if u feel like a ts chat for stream? :)
I crossed my fingers to exaggerate in front of the camera.
From Ashley: I think I can manage that :) I'll be in as soon as I force my newly enthralled Emma to fetching my precious laptop.
"Ashley shall join as soon as Emma gets her laptop for her. Which I assume will be quickly" I said, rejoining the talk.
"What makes you say that?" Tucker laughed along with the others.
"Ashley is bossy when she's sick. Skyped with her when she had a cold and I will never make that mistake again. I laughed along with the others.
"Hey guys" We all paused as Ashley joined in. She sounded hazy, as if she was on too much medication.
"Stream greets you, young Ashlynn" Tucker greeted.
"Well I would thank you stream...except half the time I'm not sure if I'm talking or just thinking I am" Ashley managed to joke even though she clearly felt terrible.
"Don't let them tease you, little...um" Sonja hesitated. "Uhhh buggaboo?"
"Buggaboo?"
"How in the world did you hear that name" Ashley groaned.
"Um.....stream" Sonja raised her voice an obnoxious manner.
"Stream needs to stop being stalkerish about my nicknames"
"Who even calls you buggaboo?" I asked through everyone else's laughter.
"My mom" Ashley sighed to herself. "I had an unhealthy obsession with bugs and the character 'Boo' from Mario"
"You were a special kind of child" Sonja agreed. "So what's up?"
"Well" Ashley paused. "I am currently watching an iron-liquid-thingy drip into my arm. It's pleasing to here the little blip noise every time a drop comes down. Bugs Emma to no end"
"Blip blip blip blip" Tucker chanted as Jordan said something about repetitive noises being annoying.

"Even the Wizards want your recovery" Sonja laughed as the was the slight sound of typing from Ashley's side.
Cataclysm: thank you bb :)
"Aren't you just a sweetheart today" I said as I started collecting flowers.
"I'm always a sweetheart" Ashley scoffed. "Anyway guys. I have to go. This I.V comes out soon and then I can go home~"
"Bye Ashley" came the collective farewell.
