Chapter 12: Starburst Stream

Team RWBY, Jack, Penny and Evelyn were chilling out at the tavern in the 54th floor until David comes in.

David: Hey guys. You wanna go and assault the labyrinth at the 74th floor? Kirito and Asuna are over there now.

Team RWBY: Who are Kirito and Asuna?

Penny: They are friends of ours. They are also part of the assault team.

Evelyn: Oh yeah. You guys mentioned them earlier.

David: We'll introduce you six when we meet up with them.

Jack: Alright. Let's get going.

They head over to the labyrinth to meet up with them.

David: Alright. This is the place.

Ruby: Wow!

Weiss: It's ginormous!

Blake: It's like a maze.

Yang: let's not try to get lost.

Penny: Let's hope they are alright.

David: It says on my friends list that they are still alive and that they are here.

Jack: Ok. Let's head inside.

The others went inside but Evelyn kept David out and they talked about something sexual.

David: You want me to do what!

Evelyn: I look into your memories and saw what happened on this floor in town.

David: But touching your assets?! I'm not sure about that Evelyn.

Evelyn: Fine we'll do that when we get back home.

David: Fine.

They search through the labyrinth and they see them.

David: Hey Kirito! Asuna!

Kirito: Oh. David, Penny.

Asuna: Glad you guys came. Who are they?

David: Oh. I think I told you about them already. These are our friends from the real world. This is Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Yang, Jack and Evelyn. Girls, this is Kirito and Asuna.

Asuna: Hmm. Hey David, when you said you have friends I didn't expect them to be girls?

David: Hey it's not like I don't want to hangout with them. Only team RWBY, Evelyn and Penny had feelings for me.

Kirito: Wow. But wait what about Jack? She's a girl doesn't she have feelings for you?

Jack: No. I respect him as my partner and friend.

David: So did you guys find the boss room?

Kirito: Well. We did but as soon as we opened the door, we ran away quickly. That thing is gonna be a tough one to beat. The weapon it has is a large sword which probably has a special ability.

Yang: What do you suggest we do?

Asuna: We should probably get strong vanguards and switch frequently.

Kirito: Maybe we should get about ten shield users.

Penny: We can evade the bosses attacks.

Asuna: Hey Kirito. You said shield users?

Kirito: What about it?

Asuna: You're hiding something aren't you?

Kirito: What do you mean?

Asuna: Well, the greatest merit of using a one-handed sword is with a shield right?

Penny: Come to think of it. Kirito never used a shield before. Neither does Asuna.
