A note from me

Thank you for reading, for sticking around to watch my heart bleed words out.

I'm incredibly soft for happy endings, for even a brief kiss of satisfaction at the end of what feels like a tumultuous journey. My heart is so full after pouring words for my fingertips into this book.

This story was inspired by the song by JP Saxe and Julia Michaels "If The World Was Ending" and the dream I had of Kim Taehyung after falling asleep to it.

I want to close this out, ending with my heart on my sleeve. I'm sad for this to be the end, but I'm so happy to be able to say I finished a story, something longer than some poem tucked away in a Wordpress page or the notebooks in my nightstand. I did it! And although I have so much to learn about lengthy narrative and description writings, I am proud of myself.

So take this quote that meshes well with my story - with this song I love oh-so much. And please take a piece of my heart with you; I am so grateful to have you here.
