Alex sat on the edge of the ship, mind to who-knows-where. She thought about what had happened at the palace earlier. Did she make the right decision?

A loud crash reverberated from downstairs. It sounded like it came from the kitchen, pots and pans falling to the wooden floor. Alex groaned. "What now?" She mumbled to herself as she stood up and walked towards the door that led downstairs.

As the captain walked towards the kitchen door, puffs of dust emerged from the small cracks of the wooden walls. It looked like... flour.

Alex gave it a confused look and kicked the door open. As soon as she did, she sneezed and coughed at the amount of flour that slapped her face. Shielding her eyes, she waited for it to subside.

The kitchen was a complete mess. Imagine if a dog tried to fry a fish with its tail while it juggled six eggs on a stool made of glass shards.

"Yoongi!" Alex's step-brother looked up with flour stuck to his cheeks. "I told you not to touch the kitchen!" The boy gulped. "I-I heard we were having visitors so- I- I just-" He started to stutter and tear up. Alex sighed and walked over to him.

"Yoongi-ah, you can go to help somewhere else. Just, leave the kitchen to Jin Hyung, yeah?" Yoongi nodded, letting Alex wipe his cheeks with her hand. "Alright, now go clean up before the visitors arrive. Whew, you smell like ass!"

Yoongi giggled and smacked her on the shoulder. "And you smell like raw fish!" Alex rolled her eyes and nodded. "Yeah, okay. Now go." Yoongi nodded and waddled out of the room.

The captain chuckled and looked around, not believing a small boy like him could cause this big of a mess. She sighed and picked up a broom, sweeping away the dust on the old, wooden floor.

Jimin wiped the sweat off his forehead, exhaling deeply and throwing his sword off to the side. The palace guard laid on the ground, knocked out, his helmet right next to his face. "Noob." The prince scoffed and whistled, waiting for Bartley to come in running through the doors with a towel and a glass of water. After a few minutes, he did.

The old man handed the glass over to the prince and lightly patted his sweaty forehead with the towel. Jimin watched as the guard slowly got up from the ground, limping as he made his way out of the courtyard and into the palace. He smirked to himself, making Bartley frown.

"Your majesty..." The old man said, hanging the towel over his shoulder. "A sparing would never leave your enemy limping, or do I not know enough about it?"

"The latter," Jimin replied, chugging down the drink. Bartley's frown grew, but he sighed and chose not to continue the topic. Jimin noticed this and laughed hoarsely. "Don't worry about it, Bartley. He's a palace guard, he's used to getting beat up like that. He can put up with it."

And I don't even know how I got used to putting up with your attitude. Bartley thought, nodding and taking the glass from the prince's hand.

A few moments later, the prince's younger brother ran outside, screaming and arms flailing around. "HYYUUUUNNNGGGG!!!!"

Jimin whipped around just in time to receive his brother's hug, almost falling to the ground. He chuckled and pulled away, chuckling even more once he saw his brother's face. "What have you eaten today, Jungkook-ah? Wait, Dad didn't give you too much candy again, did he?"

Jungkook laughed and shook his head. "I didn't have any candy today, Hyung. I have to keep my muscles, you know." He said proudly, making Jimin roll his eyes. "Anyway, are you playing dress up or something? What's with the bandana and boots?"
