Habang pauwi sa Alabang si Rhian ay patuloy pa rin ang pagdaloy ng iba't ibang ala-ala sa kanyang isipan.

She just received her best actress trophy from the Eddy's. At walang pagsidlan ang tuwa na nararamdaman niya ngayong gabi. She received her first acting award from a prestigious body when she was 17. Several awards too bilang show host. Well, she has countless of trophies as a car racer, both champions and runner ups ... but most of her awards were given by different independent polls.

At naala rin niya, it's her 15th year in showbiz and yet, wala pa rin siyang nai uuwing trophy mula sa FAMAS. Alam naman niya na dominated lagi ng Star Cinema at Viva Films ang mga prestigious awards. Pero ang katulad niya na indie film actress ay umaasam din naman na magkaroon ng trophy mula sa award giving body na ito dahil isa itong fulfillment sa larangan na kanyang kinabibilangan. If only the trend in movie industry will change, marami ring makaka appreciate ng quality indie films tulad ng kanyang mga ginawa - Silong (kung saan siya naging nominado sa FAMAS), Saving Sally (na umani ng sampung international awards, subalit apat lamang ang naibigay ng award giving bodies dito sa Pilipinas), Fallback at Kung Paano Siya Nawala (na ipinalabas sa iba't ibang bansa). Karamihan sa kanyang awards ay nagmula sa ibang film critics... hindi sa pinapangarap niyang FAMAS...

It's ok... it's not yet time...

Her career has already zoomed up by four steps in the 2010's. Maganda ang naging rating ng kanyang topbilled soap na Stairway to Heaven at Ilumina. Her Lalola was on the top list of the most watched TV program that time. Dahil dito ay kaliwa't kanan din ang kanyang product endorsement... But because of her involvement with a known DJ who ruined her reputation during the interview in the rival network, her career stepped down again by two. Maraming fans ang nawala sa kanya. May mga endorsement na na-pull out. Madalas din siyang makaranas ng cyberbullying mula sa netizens. At ang press people at movie critics ay nagkaroon din ng prejudism sa kaniya ...

It was one of the most humiliating experience she had in her life...

But with the help of her family and the fans who stayed with her, pinilit niyang maka recover sa issue. She was so young then... she was 17 and the DJ was 30... but the experience made her a very strong person. The experience made her a better version of herself.

And in 2015, she was in love. It was a different kind of love that she didn't know exist. It is in highest form... In fact, it was kind of rekindling her love affair with someone special that she loved in the past...and... it was with a girl... it was her great love... with her Glaiza...

Ito ang mga panahon na, lingid sa mga tao sa paligid niya, ay nagkikita sila ng palihim. Kadalasan ay sa condominium unit nito sa Eastwood. Minsan pa nga ay sa bahay nila sa Alabang... Nakahanda siyang ipagpalit ang sariling career para sa taong minamahal. Nakahanda siyang isigaw sa mundo na mahal niya si Glaiza...

Subalit... hindi handa si Glaiza sa ganoong buhay. Alam niyang minahal din siya nito. Naramdaman naman niya iyon... pero nanatili ito sa limitasyon. Marahil ay dahil sa pamilya na hindi tanggap ang kanyang sexuality... at sa relihiyon na kinabibilangan nito...
