"Wait! Levi." I look at him begging and also terrified as I'm currently being cornered against a door by thing guy threatening to expose my secret. What a dick.I look down at the floor avoiding eye contact. "P-please don't tell anyone." tears start to form in my eyes as I try and hold back tears. I'm so scared this might get out. All of a sudden I feel Levis arms around me holding me tight.
"I didn't mean to scare you. I shouldn't have threatened you like that. Especially since I was pretty sure you were an omega I should have treated you nicer as I know omegas can be easily frightened especially around Alphas. So maybe this will help" After a few moments I started to smell the warmest scent known to man. It was a mixture of cinnamon, apples, and pumpkin and I almost instantly calmed down. So this is what Levis scent is. It was very soothing and I felt myself being drawn to his scent gland on the back of his neck which was the origin of this heavenly experience.
Levi's POV
I'm happy to see that my sent is helping her but what I'm really interested in is the way she is reacting to it. A normal omega would just relax but the fact that shes actively moving towards my scent glands is amusing, it must mean more is going on here. I'm kind of tempted to release a stronger scent and see how she would react. I laugh to myself a little as we are still awkwardly hugging in my room. "(Y/N)?"
"Yes Levi?"
"Why don't you release your scent now that I know. I mean you have now experienced mine?" I asked curious.
"Well you life with three other Alphas and the apartment walls are thin. I don't need them all to know."
"Would you feel comfortable doing it in your room with your beta roommates?" After giving her a moment to think, I felt her nod her head. I stepped away from her and followed her to her room across the hall. Once she closed her door she turned to me.
"You promise you won't force me once you can smell it?" She asked and she sounded and looked serious. It almost broke my heart a little is that's her first thought.
"I promise. You can trust me."
"Pinky promise" she holds her pinky out towards me. Seriously how childish.
"Fine pinky promise." I grudgingly wrap my pinky around hers.
"Don't look at me it's embarrassing." She blushes then goes back into a hug with me and puts her head near my neck. All of a sudden my knees went a little weak as I smelled a mixture of the ocean mixed with clean linen. I've never smelt a better omega. I can hear my Alpha yelling at me. 'She's our mate. It's her. She's the mate' I hugged her back even tighter leaning into her neck. I wonder if her omega says the same thing about me. Her scent is so tempting. I move my mouth closer to her scent gland and lick it lightly. I hear her moan and shutter slightly. She really is my mate.
Readers POV
'Mate. He's our mate. He really is.' I could hear my omega yelling at me as if it could be anymore obvious. Suddenly I felt him lick at my scent gland as me knees go weak and I accidentally let out a moan. "L-Levi"
"hmm?" I push him away slowly while looking down. "I don't know what to say. You feel it to right?"
"I do." He says pulling me back into him. "I've found my mate and I can't believe I let Eren be your date. I was such an idiot to put you in someone else's care."
"You won't tell anyone will you? Not even your brothers."
"I won't I promise. I don't want to share my omega with anyone." My omega. I love the way that sounds.
"My alpha." I whisper. He pulls his head back at looks me in the eyes. He starts to lean in. Oh no. Hes not going to kiss me is he. I mean I know he's my alpha and everything but I'm not ready for that.
Levis POV
As I lean in to kiss my mate, her pheromones showed signs of distress. I guess I'll pull away. "Do you not want to kiss me?" I ask her a little sad.
"Well it's not that I don't want to kiss you ever. It's just I've never kissed anyone and I mean we barely know each other. We just met yesterday."
"I see. I'm just not as attractive as you hoped for your mate huh?" I ask her smirking.
"N-no i'ts not that. You're actually beyond my expectations" she chuckles nervously.
"Oh really?" I ask and decide to kiss her neck instead and she seems to enjoy that for now.
