Spencer arrived at 3:25 am. It was still dark outside so the general told him to put his stuff in the drawer and changed. He did what he was told and headed back outside. He lined up with the other people. They went over procedure and drills. Then they had to run a mile in less than 3 minutes. If not then they had to do 50 push ups and another mile. Luckily Spencer made it in 2 minutes and 30 seconds. This was going to be a long year.
