Peter's POV:

I come to consciousness and I am immediately hit with pain.

Whatever I'm laying on right now is a hard surface and I can hear traffic all around me.

I finally open my eyes and find myself in an alley.

Pushing myself off the ground, I am hit with another wave of pain.

"Uuuugghh." I groan as my body makes a crackling noise from my joints.

I walk out of the alley and find myself by a busy street.

I breathe a sigh of relief when I see that I'm still in New York.  But I am not near the Sanctum, which is kinda odd.

The last thing I remember is a green light and then everything went black.  Hopefully nothing too bad happened.

I walk down the street and can't help but feel like something's off.

"I'm probably just imagining things," I think to myself.

It's getting pretty dark outside, so I decide that it'd be best if I just went back to the tower and not the Sanctum.

I'll just give Strange a call when I get back to the tower and let him know I'm okay and made it home.

As I walk down the street though, the feeling of uneasiness increases.

I reach the tower and walk into the lobby.

A gasp leaves my mouth when I walk in.  The lobby looks nothing like it did this morning.  Everything is completely different.

"They must have redecorated in record time," I try to assure myself.  "I mean it's the only possible answer right?"

I begin to make my way to the private elevators, but I'm stopped.

By security.

Which has never happened before.

"Where are you going boy?" One of them grabs my shoulder.

I know most of the people at the tower, but this person is obviously new.

"I'm Peter and I live here.  You must be new." I smile kindly at the man.

"Don't pull that crap with me boy.  I've worked at this tower for over ten years and I can tell you that no child has ever stayed here since I started.  Now get out."

"W-what?"

"You heard me.  Get. Out."

"B-but I live here.  Call Mrs. Stark, she'll tell you." I try to reason.

"Mrs. Stark?  Mrs. Stark died way before you were born boy.  Nice try."

"What do you mean?"  At this point I was confused beyond belief.  And also very anxious.

"Tony Stark's mom died years ago kid.  You're excuse to come here is pathetic."

"No I'm talking abo-"

"Just go kid!" The man angrily interrupts me.  I won't ask again!"

Realizing that this man isn't gonna budge, I decide to find another way in and then I can clear all this up with Mom.  Aka Pepper.  Aka Mrs. Stark.

I walk out the doors and back onto the streets of New York.

I decided that it would be best to call Pepper and let her sort this out.  She is the CEO after all.

My biggest concern was why the security guard had mentioned Tony's mom, who had tragically passed away, as THE Mrs. Stark instead of Pepper.

It didn't make sense.

I reach into my back pocket for my phone and click on Pepper's contact.

The phone begins to ring but nobody answers until a robotic one does.

"I'm sorry, the number you are trying to reach is unavailable."

That doesn't make any sense?  Pepper hasn't changed her number in years.  And even if she did, she would've told me.

The sound of a car horn blaring somewhere causes me to tear my eyes away from the phone and
The feeling of anxiousness is ten times worse now when I get a really good look at the city.

I look up to the top of the tower.

Instead of the single letter 'A' that had graced the tower's side since the New York battle, there was 'STARK'.

That confirmed my thoughts.

"This is not my New York." I mumble to myself as people bustle around me.  "Where the hell am I?"
