GLaDOS x Male!Reader

I made it to GLaDOS' chamber, watching the mechanical monster eye me suspiciously, and might I add surprisingly.

"Well. You found me. I am surprised, I thought you would be dead by now."

I ignored her and walked up the stairs that lead to her.

"GLaDOS please, do you have to kill me?" I asked her, placing my hands on her face plate.

"I do. I need to. You're nothing but a virus needing taken care of." I stiffened.

"Please... I will not fight you. I..ah!" GLaDOS smacked me hard, making me fall off the stairs and slide across the room. I cling onto the hatch that you put corrupt COREs in. Half my body was in.

"Oh... come on, Y/n. This is fun." I cried silently, then felt the hatch closing. If it closed, it would cut me in two!

"No... it isn't. I surrender...please..." GLaDOS Sigurd and picked me up from the closing hatch with a claw.

"Do you realize how much I do not want to kill you? I am programmed to kill. I am the monster." I frowned.

"No... no you're not. You're not a monster. I am." GLaDOS' golden eye brightened.

"Just because I called you a monster doesn't mean you really are one. But... why do you really remind me of someone I used to be good friends with...?" I gazed into that eye, getting closer to her face plate. She tilted her head. Craning her neck towards me.

"I know who you are. Your name is Caroline." I said softly. She gasped once more, then raised her head a bit.

"Wait... oh my gosh." I pulled her down to my height, wrapping my arms around her.

"You are the one who... who helped me... -but... -when I was a human..." I smiled at her and placed my lips on her face plate. She felt warmer.

"Caroline, I don't know how you became a robot, or the 'queen' of this place for that matter, but I do know that I have missed you and love you." GLaDOS seemed to smile and pressed her face against my chest.

"I love you too."
