Lu Feng didn’t want to die, but it wasn’t because he feared death. He only feared that after he died he would forget that man called Chen Zhang An.

The Jade box from the Han Dynasty that was just finished being photographed was placed in front of him. Compared to the past, the man had become a lot thinner. As he quietly gazedat the jade box, he closed his eyes and carefully placed both hands atop of the jade box.

He would imagine during the years he wasn’t by Zhang An’s side, how did that man usually caress this jade box’s surface, and how did he gift the jade box to Zhang Le.

This jade box was once touched by Zhang An, something he once owned, the traces of him lingered on this item.

“Zhang An …” He softly said that man’s name over and over again. The more pain he felt, the more he missed that man. But the more he missed him the more painful it felt.

The contradiction he felt and the feeling of pain because of this struggle he had frequently caused Lu Feng to understand the purpose of being alive and was the reason why he was still alive.

He slowly opened the jade box, and unexpectedly caught sight of a letter sealed with red wax. A moment ago the absent-minded man was still in a trance but instantly became alert after seeing the letter.

“Who put this letter in the box?”His voice was ice cold.

His voice that was cold like a sharp blade carried an invisible pressure. Close by, his subordinate’s palms beganto sweat and quickly answered nervously: “President Lu, it was the auction item’s original owner that gave you that thank you letter.”

“Thank you letter?” Lu Feng hesitantly took out the envelope from the jade box. Once his eyes fell on the red wax, his calm heart started to boil with great intensity as if experiencing a burning inferno.

This wax color, texture, and even the material of the letter, they were completely the same as what Chen Zhang An had used when he was still alive.

Was this a malicious joke?

If  it was, he’ll make the one joking with him live a life worse than death! No one can and allowed to treat his Zhang An as a joke!

Lu Feng’s expression was cold and stiff as he removed the wax seal and took out the letter inside. As soon as his fingers touched the letter made of kraft paper, Lu Feng’s cold face slowly showed some sign of collapse and his palms unconsciously began to sweat.

Who else in this world can understand Zhang An like him?

Impossible. There couldn’t be another person who knew Zhang An’s attachment to details like wax seals regarding letters.

However, when he saw the first line of small words written on the letter, Lu Feng’s body stiffen as if he was frozen in place.

Minutes and seconds went by, Lu Feng seemed to have turned into a statue,  he only stared fixedly at the letter, unresponsive.

Just when a subordinate was about to open his mouth to call him, Lu Feng suddenly lifted his head and laughed, hystericallyand crazily to the point of madness.

“You didn’t die, I’m sure that you didn’t die isn’t that right?!”

“How could you be dead, Zhang An, Zhang An, …… HAHAHAHAHAHA!”

It was like he went insane. Lu Feng clutched the letter with only a single line of small writing in his hands alternating between uncontrollable fits of laughter and sobbing. His heart almost couldn’t withstand the stimulation, it felt like it was going to break apart.

“President, President Lu?”

Suddenly after regaining his composure, Lu Feng calmly commanded.

“Call Xiao Yuan here.”

As he stared at the letter in his hand, his pair of eyes became even more and more unfathomable,  he wanted to know, what was that person thinking as they wrote down these words.

“Ivanov?” He softly read aloud the name mentioned in the letter, Lu Feng gripped his left chest tightly, the corner of his mouth faintly twitches as it curves upward.

It didn’t matter if this was a trap or had some other meaning, this name has already provoked Lu Feng. This reason was enough.

He didn’t like it, Chen Zhang An’s heart couldn’t have other men besides him.
